I went for an oil change on a Saturday morning at 10 AM. Burt brothers welcome to me and had me in and out in less than half an hour! They have very pleasant and clean waiting area. I highly recommend Burt Brothers.

I should have heeded others’ advice before coming here. Our friends said don’t take it to THIS location as they had all had terrible experiences but for us having only one car and living across the highway in Pinebrook it was our only option for logistical reasons. My husband took it in for new suspension and new tires. Tires worked out fine and so did the rear suspension but the front suspension is worse than it was-has this terrible dropping out/clunking sound when we go over any sort of bump. Of course we took it back in and they said they drove it and didn’t hear anything, which in our opinion, is a total lie. You don’t have to drive it very far to hear. They also tried to blame it on our bike rack which is also bogus as the noise most definitely comes from the front not the rear and even after taking it off you can still hear it. Not sure why they wouldn’t take the rack off(We had to have the bike rack on when taking the car in as my husband after driving the car there had to bike home, hence the rack.)The gentleman whom my husband dealt with, terry we believe as that is the name on the invoice, was very abrasive and defensive without hearing our concerns. My husband also requested an alignment report after the suspension was replaced just to see the numbers and terry asked “why do you need it?” Which seemed to my husband like he was trying to hide something. He did end up printing it out but gave my husband grief in the process. Lastly, he(terry) failed to walk my husband through the bill/ the work they did. We spent nearly $4k and boy do we feel like it was a waste in regards to the suspension. Now we have to take it to someone else to figure out what happened since Burt Brothers wouldn’t make it right and made us feel like we were in the wrong. This is obviously the mechanics’ fault but terry should not be in customer service. Now here I am giving the same advice others gave me. Hopefully you’ll listen.

I’ve always friendly and quick services at this Burt brothers. Once I was accidentally charged a disposal charge by mistake and they gave more than twice the value off my next service.

I got a notice on my car that I may need rear brakes and went to get an inspection. I arrived at 8AM as suggested by the gentleman who answered the phone when I call to inquire.
Within 30 minutes my car was inspected and I was given the report. Burt Bros was over $600 cheaper than the dealer and about $300 cheaper than other quotes I had.

Blew a tire on the interstate. Luckily I was less than a mile away from here. Fantastic service! No messing around. Got me new tire and was back on the road in less than 30 min. Great shop and saved me!

Had to take a tire in therefor fix, had a nail in it and went down on the interstate. Put on spare. Went to google to find the closest tire repair place. They made repair quickly and then installed. Fast friendly service very good in today’s world.

My wife stopped in for road damage on 1 tire, that we thought we had Burt Brothers protection on. No only was she told we had no protection (wich we remember paying on), she was told she'd have to replace 2 tires for rideability and safety. She was then told that since the tires were worn about 60% (at 25K miles on a premium tire) she should replace all 4. The price she was quoted did not include tax despite being told that it did. She was also told that the $40 installation fee (per tire) included the protection plan. It did not. That cost another $40 per tire. Then, they told her $70 rebate they quoted expired the day before. Then, they upsold her on a $130 alignment she did not understand, and the car didn't need. Nice job Burt Brothers Park City on Rasmussen Road. We won't be back and we'll be sure to let people know about your upsell tactics.

The staff I worked with were great! Knowledgeable, helpful & very pleasant. I dropped in and much to my surprise, they immediately addressed the problem with one of my tires, had me on my way a short time later and didn't charge me for the service. I had a great experience!
