I recently went into Brooks Brothers outlet in Park City and was trying to figure out shirt options for my upcoming wedding. I was able to find the right shirt and the store manager, Jose, let me know the sale happening in the store was buy 3 or more and receive 30% off. We figured out all the shirt sizes weren’t available in the store so Jose was kind enough to offer to receive all sizes from the groomsmen and order online. It was a huge relief and so generous of Jose to offer and also include to ship the shirts directly to our home. My experience at Brooks Brothers with Jose was above my expectations. Thank you Jose!

Paid for a $1,200 suit that developed a hole in the pants after 1 wear due to poor quality. They refuse to honor any sort of commitment. What used to be a company known for quality and their customer service is now worse than H&M. Do not ever buy anything from Brooks, you will regret it.

Brooks Bros has some quality button ups and polos. I couldn't find a soft light pastel yellow polo (Napa valley vibes) but still worth a gander to get your attire GQ biz/cas..

Huge fan of BB's, I try to stop in here when ever I'm in the area (Park City). I gave the store a 4 Star because they have a large selection of suits but don't have an in store Tailor as to their retail department. To be honest I would stop in more often if they had an in store tailor.

The quality of their clothing is excellent, the cost is reasonable but, most importantly to me, their associate Abraham, is AMAZING! My wife REALLY liked how I looked in one of their suits and I wanted to get an identical suit in a couple of different colors in my size. Abraham was able to find my size at another store and have it shipped to me without any drama or additional cost which I really appreciate. I like their shirts, suits and pants. A few months ago I was heading to Puerto Rico for Christmas and I went in and picked up a bunch of shorts at a ludicrously low price because they were off season here in Utah. Ordering shirts or anything else, once you have your exact size, is as easy as picking up the phone and returns are no problem whether they are in store or online. In all seriousness, if you are looking for a guy who will help you look good and who will treat you right, whether in person or on the phone, ask for Abraham, he's the man!

I’ve been to this location a few times and the associate Jose is the best! He remembered my husband and I after coming back about 6 months later. He knows the product very well and is willing to help out to make sure you get the best deal. I highly recommend this location purely for the level of customer service Jose provides.

They continue to have some of the best fitting and highest quality suits I have ever owned. However, they no longer make the pleat front suit pants. That is only an option for slacks, and the colors don't match. Sales staff was helpful, suggested a tailor to help modify my pants, and got me a discount.
