They absolutely did, invited me in, fixed me up and I am pretty sure saved me from grave injury riding that day. Kenneth was particularly knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like an idiot. A common theme at a lot of bike shops. They will be my go to shop/repair/tune in PC moving forward.”
