Small store because the city is small. There are not many varieties of products and brands. The Kindle Oásis, for example, and the new Kindle, were not available there.

I came in towards the end of the day at about 7:30 p.m. The staff nonetheless was very helpful and assisted me in determining and finding the product that I needed!

Lying, unethical sales tactics, unprofessional customer service in store. They had an "open box - good" Sony TV marked down from 1200 to 370. We live in SLC and called ahead because obviously it sounded too good to be true. When my boyfriend called to ask about the condition, a woman answered the phone and told him someone had taken it out of the box and decided they didn't want it, that it was in perfect condition. She then tried to pressure him into buying it over the phone, stating there was only one and they couldn't hold it. We obviously said no thank you and we would come check it out.We drove up to Park City, and literally no one offered to help us, we couldn't even flag somebody down to get answers about this tv. It's not like they were super busy either. My boyfriend found the open box Sony on the sales floor, and the screen was separating from the bezel all along the top of the TV. Broken. Not sellable. Like, that's not even fair condition. We knew it was a risk driving up there but that's why we called ahead to get an idea of the condition. Because of the lack of customer service on top of the lying, we decided to go to the Best buy in South salt lake and buy a new Sony TV for 800. They lost out on a sale and commission. They obviously don't care or want it. Do not buy from them.

Went to buy a Lenovo Ideapad 3i 15.6" FHD Touch Laptop - Core i5-1155G7 with 8GB for $370 on the website and posted at the store is the same laptop $250 off from $630. They look around and end up finding the last one, except it's a way cheaper model they sold me for the same price without saying anything other than this is 30 dollars off because it's used. But when I get home it is instead a 64gb Lenevo chromebook. When purchasing this laptop the employee knew what one to buy and the manager ended up helping them look for the laptop I wanted and had me go up and sold me a computer that was used but was a 64gb laptop in a blank box covering the chromebook logo. The box did have a SKU # that is the lower end model not on sale.

Not by any stretch the cheapest way to get electronics, but at least it's local and usually the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I for one am glad they exist, and they have a good range of items in stock.

I literally do not make complaints very but I had to for this. Walked into Best Buy in Park City today looking to purchase an Apple HomePod or 2 or 3. Walked to the section where the other brands were (Alexa, etc.) and did not see any. Asked the closest employee who was standing about 10 feet away where we might find a HomePod, he said, "Go over to customer service and they'll help you find one." So my husband walked over to ask. That employee said, "Oh, they are over there by the Alexa ones, there should be some boxes right by those." Feeling a little put off, I walked to the man at the front who stands there when you're coming and going. He was using his phone and looked a little annoyed to have to help. I was smiling, he was not. I said, "Is there a store manager around that I can talk to please?" He said, "That would be me." I said, "Great, I kind of feel like we're getting the run around" and explained what had happened. He said, "Ya, everyone is busy right now, I can look it up on here" as he started looking on the computer. He said, "We have these two types, do you want either one of these?" I said, "I'd really like to be able to hear how it sounds." He said, "Oh we don't have any on display, do you want one of these?" I let him know I wasn't interested. Honestly, I was too frustrated at that point. I felt like NONE of them were interested in helping us or selling us anything. We ended up driving 30 minutes to an Apple Store in the City Creek Center mall where we were given top notch service and purchased three of them. I felt like I needed to give a review because I even tried to call the store back and talk to someone higher up to give some constructive feedback but that was a rabbit hole that lead nowhere. It seems you can't file a concern very easily, so here you go...you get a Yelp review.
