Worst customer service ever! Made an appointment with geek squad, the “ tech “ refused to even come from behind the wall to talk to me, kept sending a guy back and forth to the counter to ask me questions! Don’t waste your time coming here!

I ordered a new laptop here, but the one which was delivered wouldn't read a new, secondary, SSD. The crew promptly found a replacement system figuring it was the issue, but it wasn't, and they were able to track down a new SSD for me and did a rush install. Later, I brought in another laptop with a bad charger under warranty, but it was going to take days to sort out the replacement/repair. Dallen found another ac adapter and was able to get that problem dealt with immediately. The entire staff was super friendly, accommodating, patient, and helpful through an annoying time. They did awesome, and I will definitely shop here more!

We had already done our research and wanted to see a tv, and the set up, in person. When we finally found someone to help us, he just looked things up on his phone. They didn't have the tv there that we wanted to see and didn't have any information that we hadn't already found online. It was a waste of a trip there.

We didn't buy anything because of delivery times and our limited availability... but Aden S. in large appliances was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! The most pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and customer service oriented young man my husband and I have ever dealt with. He is going places and I am willing to bet he is not quite 20 yet. Thanks Aden!!!

The place is good enough to go see and decide what you want, and then buy it online. The staff never knows anything, no one ever helps you, they always refer you to them.

Horrible best buy service. Would rather drive to slc to shop at best. Nobody wants to help and they get mad when you ask for a manager lol. Joke of employees
