Run, do not walk from this store!! Terrible experience!! The sales representative added a phone line to our account without our consent or knowledge. The sales representative told us we would receive a $100 gift card for each phone line in our family account. Our actual monthly bill is higher than what was estimated to us. The sales representative was apparently fired shortly after we purchased our family plan. Sales people at the store were nice but unable to resolve the problems. We were told the district manager would call us to help resolve the issues, but he never called. This is apparently a franchise store. AT&T should do a better job of allowing a franchise like this to do business on their behalf. A VERY disappointing and frustrating experience!!!

Went in August to switch to First Net. I was told the watch was on promotion by Kurtis and Antonbut that the credit would be applied after a couple months. That was fine. I wouldn’t have gotten the watch. The credit was never applied. The store manger said he couldn’t do anything but I needed to call ATT. I did for several months. They always said they would fix the bill. I’ve been told someone would call me back but I always had to call them. It’s now January and they never fixed the bill. Now today with ATT, I was told the store told me wrong and that the watch was never under promotion. ATT said the store is the only place that can fix it. The store told me in October that they couldn’t do anything. Do not believe these employees Kurtis and Anton. Hopefully they read this and will get a guilty conscious for misleading. Or at the least honor their word. I’ve never asked for any free stuff and I’ve been yanked around since August. Absolutely, no accountability between this store and ATT. Nevel was great to speak with today in the phone even with me being upset and was very professional. The new manager was great to talk with today and was very helpful. This review does not reflect the work of the new manger.

The manager lures you in the deal first, without knowing anything about the transfer from Verizon He will just start the transfer and then you are stuck. you are neither in Verizon nor At&T. After I left I am trying to contact the Manager who's name is Kurtis Beck. Since 2 days iam on constituently calling the store and his personal number, but no luck at all. He just texts me when do you want your family to join??? But he won't help me with my transfer. I am without service since 3 days. I am a business man and losings lot of calls due to this. I am frustrated and angry. since 2 days the manager has not picked the store phone nor his cell phone. I would urge other people be aware of the Manager Kurtis Beck. He will enroll you so he gets incentive and then leave you hanging in the middle, he does half work and let you go and tells you contact back to him, but then he vanishes and never talks back to you with the problem he created. I would like to talk to the owner if they care about this issue. If not I will put reviews again and again until my problem is resolved.

I am really not happy shame the guy who's working at AT&T Kimball junction lied to me.i bought a Samsung with its simcard He said I can use any simcard that I want, when I go back to him and asking to help me to find network unlock code he said he can not do that I have to AT&T. Now I don't know what to do about this phone it is not working because I am not longer using At&t line

Hannah was amazing! The store got very busy and she gave everyone the attention they needed in a timely manner. In a situation where most people would get overwhelmed, she was able to stay composed. She was knowledge and professional and we left extremely happy. Please thank her for her grace, patience and hard work!

This AT&T was the best one I have been to. Julian and Hannah were incredibly helpful and it took no time at all. There are also games to entertain us and have a good time. Most fun place in Utah so far. Everyone should come here for their data and mobile related problems (also if you want to get better at cornhole)!

Honestly the worst experience with a phone store I've ever had. The employees were arguing and yelling at each other, so unprofessional and strange . everything that they set me up with was so confusing that I actually had to go to another store closer to home just to understand what they had done at this location.

The new manager, Julian, has transformed this store to a customer-centric location. I have nothing but good things to say about the service and problem-solving. Proactive and cheerful. What else can you ask for?

Julian helped me a lot , whether it was dealing with my phone , AirPods, or watch. He told me about the current promos the store is having as well . He gives so much energy! Great customer service 10/10 recommend

Julian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to explain all the plans, trade ins and discounts in debth. The store looked clean and smelled nice. He is a very nice young man. I will return when I want to upgrade or have more questions.
