I went into the shop with no intention to purchase anything. the owner of the shop and the staff of the shop educated me on the alpaca material. The staff and owner are so helpful and accommodating. I'm extremely happy with my purchase! I will go back, I would encourage others to look, listen and learn. Hopefully you to will find a great product at a t excellent value that will enrich your day and life. thank you Alpaca International Park City Utah!

I admired this store every time I walked by; finally stopped in today. Was greeted by the owner, Zia, who was very friendly. Gorgeous coats, scarves, sweaters and accessories. Pretty pricey, but high quality and some sales. I ended up getting a beautiful colorful scarf (25% off), and an adorable little baby alpaca (10% off). They are really unique and beautiful. May come back for some gloves!

I have been shopping at Alpaca International for years, both there Park City, UT and Annapolis, MD stores, and I must say, it has always been an outstanding experience. As a lover of high-quality alpaca products, they offer a wide range of top-notch merchandise but also provides exceptional customer service.The store offers a vast selection of alpaca products, including luxurious sweaters, outerwear, gloves, hats, and socks. The quality of the items is truly exceptional, and it's evident that the store takes pride in offering only the best.The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the products they sell. They were able to provide detailed information about the materials, production process, and care instructions for each item, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for top-quality alpaca products and exceptional customer service. We have items from years ago that are still fashionable and stylish to this day.

LOVE, LoVE, LOVe my beautiful Alpaca beanie that's as cozy as cuddling a fat bear or snuggling next to a Yeti.Had a wonderful service experience with the staff also, a woman from Puru in particular.I'll be back like Arny running for pres.

Super cute shop! My friend and I purchased sweet little alpaca dolls with winter hats on - they're adorable! The clothing is beautiful, as well! Definitely worth a stop in to this cute shop when you are in Park City!

Love the high quality clothing and designs that they offer. I've been a long time (15+ years) customer in both their Park City and Annapolis locations. I am always thoroughly impressed with the quality and selection of their merchandise. The designs are stylish and sophisticated. They even go beyond Alpaca-centric products and offer designer dresses and more from Italy. The staff is knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service, offering personal styling advice and recommendations. I highly recommend Alpaca International.

Poor costumer service, having a private conversation and personal opinion about a product and the sales laddie hears what we said and asumes we didn’t have the money to pay for it.Never come back even if I want something from there

owner is terribly condescending and I would not recommend anyone spend their money here. I asked for a higher end product and before she even showed me the product told me the price and said "if you want it, I'll take it out." I was disgusted with her attitude so I said no thanks. Her response? "I THOUGHT SO!" Only when I mentioned I got one from a name brand store in Peru did she change her tune. How can a retail shop employee (apparently owner) arrogantly presume, I can't afford it? I don't even get this type of treatment back home in NYC. I definitely felt a Pretty Woman moment. Sucks to be her because she lost a huge sale. If I knew to ask for that product I obviously knew its higher end. Do yourself a favor and purchase online from Sol Alpaca for similar prices. You're guaranteed authenticity instead of product and owner of questionable origins.

We were in Park City for Spring Break 2022 and had a wonderful experience in the Alpaca International store. The lady helping us was very nice and polite and helped us pick out special guinea pigs and mini alpaca souvenirs with our kids. They were so thrilled!! Great store with very nice quality items.
