Was shopping at the outlets and stopped by Adidas. I never noticed this much but until I walked into Adidas but all the stores I went I to from Nike to other stores the staff greeted you when you walked in and if they were walking around working they’d be helpful. There were about 3 people staff members taking with each other looked over and didn’t and I smiled and they didn’t say anything and just kept talking to each other. I never say any of the employees walking around doing anything they just stayed behind the counter and they weren’t even busy. I became uninterested pretty fast and just left. I guess I didn’t know how pleasant stores were until you walk into one that doesn’t care. Customer service does matter. I don’t need anyone to hold my hand when I shop but the vibe was off and not inviting.

Wow!!! I went to the store with my family and their prices were 70% off, we bought several tennis shoes. I loved it and we all left very happy.

I purchased a pair of shoes in May 2023 while my friends and I were visiting Park City (I live 9 hours away). I hiked in them twice, and the eyelet ripped off (see photo).I then tried to return this defective product, but adidas won’t let me return them without a receipt. They would not take my bank statement which listed the store number, date, and amount of the transaction. The store (Park City Adidas) did not have the ability to look up the receipt for me either.Thusly, I’m stuck with a defected pair of shoes because the multi-billion dollar company cannot bend even a little for me. I’ve never had this problem, and I am not a Karen type who does this sort of thing frequently.I would recommend not buying adidas for this reason.

Worst service ever and never order online with adidas. Placed an order three weeks ago. Already took contact with the customer service twice and they said the product will be shipped as soon as possible. Today they say that the product is not available in the demanded size. I asked the other size but they will not send me that and I have to wait. They will not give my money back either. So they sell items which they don't have. Worst customer service ever. Please don't buy online

Buying online from Adidas.com.eg is the worst experience ever.
No way to reach them, only through emails that they never respond to .
It's strange how a brand like adidas can't manage their online biz

This place is amazing!!!Their staff are friendly and accommodating. I bought a pair of sneakers for 25$ only. Such a great value for an excellent quality sneakers. I am using them everyday to my work. We will be back here in the future. ❤️❤️❤️

worst online shopping experience ever.
I placed and order more than 3 weeks now and haven't received it yet.
customer service is mediocre and won't give me any information on the delivery date. they just tell u that they'll send a reminder...
I also asked to cancel the order and have a refund, they tell me that even the refund take indefinite time.
I decide to boycotte all adidas products because of this unprofessionnal behavior toward the customers.
I'm not the only one complaining, there's people worldwide with the same issue and adidas seems to not even care.
It's a shame for such a huge brand to have such a mediocre customer services.
u sure lost one cutomer now!
