Was having an issue with getting a refund to my credit card but the associate was able to figure out a solution quickly and was very helpful. I think his name is Grey

0/10 customer service. we tried to make an exchange for a hoodie and only received 50 dollars back out of the 60 we payed. the employee, asia, was very disrespectful and handled the situation in a hostile way. then we called customer services and got our money back. the workers were more focused on arguing with us than helping us. smh i'll stick to online shopping

I love to purchase from A&F because of its easy return policy. I don’t mind driving an hour to make returns and I never had any problem returning something until today. To the employee that refused to process the return on the one item that came with no tag, where does it say that an online purchase cannot be returned at the store if an item came with no tag? Instead of providing alternative solution to help me return the item, you just stood there and verbally fight back & forth, is this what you’d call a great customer service? I’ve repeatedly told you that I did not remove the tag, I did in fact purchase the item (it clearly shows in my purchase confirmation) and the item came with no tag. You didn’t bother to care that this was the case for me, instead you’re calling me bluff with the whole “we do not ship out any items without tag”. Have you worked at the warehouse to know for certain that is what they do before they pack and ship the order? Ever considered mistakes can be made? And let’s not forget that there are times when items in this store are displayed for purchase WITHOUT tags. I have came across those items and purchased them in the past and was able to return them JUST FINE.So thank you for making me look like a liar in front of everyone else and basically forced me to leave the store with an item that cannot be worn and cannot be returned because of a tag I did not remove.

Horrible customer service. 3 employees stood around laughing while 1 cashier was SLOWLY checking out the line of customers. This store needs a new manager.

Clean, organized, not super friendly which is pretty on brand. Love what I bought though.

Terrible customer experience. When I walked in, three out of the 4 employees were sitting on the counter. I wasn't helped or acknowledged. It's obvious that the employees are here to collect a paycheck and nothing else.

Wow, I hope the manager, and owners of Abercrombie see this. I was going to go shop here, but after seeing all of the reviews, I’m not going to bother and I’m not going to bother online either because it’s not worth the hassle to try to exchange if need be, from the looks of it.

I typically try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but there was no benefit of the doubt to give here. I realize that customer service might be a thing of the past, but what about actually making money?? I had purposely driven an hour to physically try on jeans. The employee would not allow me to try on anything and relayed that their dressing rooms closed at 5:30 pm (it was 5:27pm) and I had been standing there for at least five minutes and no one would help me. This was clearly an employee convenience rule, not an Abercrombie store wide rule. If I wanted to roll the dice on sizing, I would’ve saved the time and ordered online. The whole point was to try them on. I understand that retail is now considered a machine and consumers are mindlessly feeding their bottom line, but without us, there would be no machine to feed. Be better.

Terrible customer service. Their team always seems like they don’t want to be bothered and could care less to help the customers. Unfortunately only one in the state so there is no choice but I try to avoid it as much as possible and especially if you need customer service I would opt for online or give yourself way more time than needed here since they don’t like helping their customers.

The girl with brown hair/bangs/glasses has the foulest attitude ever. Tried to return a pair of pants to get the same ones in a different size, said we owed 5$ cos we got a discount off yesterday and claimed they were different jeans. The other manager said it was okay if they were the same pants, eventually gave up and went back on her word saying they were the same jeans(they were the EXACT same jeans) She was dismissive and rude the rest of the transaction. I work in retail and understand being exhausted and on a weekend, but I still would never treat a customer with such attitude. Would recommend not being such a priss :)

Unfriendly and unwelcoming. No one has customer service skills here. Didn’t get greeted, ignored when I was standing by the fitting room. When I asked to try on clothes after waiting, all I got was “It’s closed” as the employee breezed past me with a smug look on her face. Heaven forbid I ask to try on clothes. I had a stack of items I was prepared to invest in but instead put all of them back because of the terrible interaction I had with your staff. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Had a very poor experience at this location which in fairness I haven't experienced in other locations. Shopping for men's underwear (which comes in packs) and wanted to see the length of the underwear. Although waist sizes are printed on the package the length (inseam) is not. I Found a pack that had been opened and pulled out a pair to view. Almost immediately an employee comes running up and in his loudest voice says, "YOU CAN'T TAKE THOSE OUT OF THE PACK! IF YOU NEED TO SEE A PAIR FOR FITTING PLEASE ASK AT THE FRONT!!!" I calmly explained to him that we only removed a pair from a pack that had already been opened. Again, literally as loudly as possible, "THAT DOESN'T MATTER - YOU NEED TO LEAVE THEM IN THE PACKS" Then he hurries away. We left immediately of course and don't plan on returning.I understand that there is a labor shortage and it's difficult to find good people but these brands need to understand that all it takes is one sour experience for a customer to stop visiting that location or the entire brand. Employees should be taught to treat customers with respect and to never be curt or brash with a customer, especially since my wife and I were ridiculously nice/patient in return.I won't visit this location again. As I mentioned I haven't had the experience at other locations so would still purchase Abercrombie products.

Have been shopping at Abercrombie forever and today had the absolute worst experience. This guy that worked there berated my husband and myself over looking at some boxers that were in a “set” that had already been taken out of the package before. The package wasn’t harmed and we weren’t the first ones that “disturbed” it. Why am I even having to address this experience?!! It shouldn’t have happened. We won’t be back to this location ever again. Abercrombie used to be amazing but has seriously gone downhill majorly. Time to call it quits. The little guy that ruined our shopping experience had a tight t-shirt and tight shorts on. Snowy outside and he was dressed for summer weather? Should be fired.
