Terrible customer service. Their narrative brags about 150 years of service behind every transaction…seems their service is still based on the standards of 150 years ago. With so many financial institutions to choose from, Zions Bank needs to step up their customer service by offering extended hours and hiring knowledgeable and competent staff who can respond to phone calls and answer questions. Currently, Zions Bank is barely mediocre at best.

Zions Bank Should have a customer care team ONLINe to help with ONLINE questions all days ! Its BANKING NOT a Dooctors office!I feel very frustrated that i been locked out and I have NOOOOOOO help to get back in tonight and I have to CALL tom orwo which is MOnday on my busies day iof the week! I very not happy with Zions bank and they need to fix this make sure they can service their customers at all ends every day no matter what!!!

Asked for my account to not be able to go into the negatives and to just reject if there's not enough money in the account. Went into the negatives and they charged me $29 and wouldn't clear it. Mountain America has always cleared any overdraft fees when asked. Sticking with them.

Do NOT bank with Zion's Bank. They forgot who keeps them in business. We had four business accounts with them, and we've moved them all to other banks. Everything is a hassle, and the service is poor all the way around. Best of luck to those who choose Zions.

I have tried this location 2-3 times slow tellers and rude. Someone take them out to lunch or something they are not happy people.

My mom banks with them and has for years (which means this was where my first account was set up) but I'm honestly not sure why. They do a fair job at the drive-up and don't usually take too long for simple things like deposits, but anything else can be such a pain. I tried on three occasions to call card services and waited for over 10-15 minutes all times before giving up. There is no email or chat option to contact them at; I tried using the secure message in my online banking and was just told I'd have to call the same number. I was originally told my secured card would become an unsecured after a few months, only to be told a few months later I would have to completely reapply for an unsecured. I also had the Rewards card, which I was told could cover purchases or be able to cash out directly, and find out that is not how it works. It can cover purchases, but has to be the exact amount and a certain number of points (like 1,500+) to be able to do that. They also shut down my savings account after a zero balance for a month or two without warning. Very frustrating sometimes trying to do anything. My branch did waive an NSF once though due to someone else's error, which was very nice of them. The individual people at this branch are really nice, I just don't like anything outside of their branch.

Got an overdraft for no reason. I haven't used that account in about two years. No warnings, just an overdraft. No purchases or anything to cause it. They just took my money and hit me with an overdraft.

Staff is great but the atm machine at this location never ever works. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere to deposit or withdrawal cash.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt Stacey the assistant manager. I had some issues come up with a check not being deposited into my account and Matt went above and beyond for over an hour helping me resolve the situation. I wish there were more people like this everywhere. Zions bank staff never fails to please.
