Zions bank mortgage department is easily the WORST customer experience I have ever had. I got a great rate (my credit and the current market) & used them for my loan on my new home. Was double billed over 3 months ago for my mortgage- ACH transfer from my credit union. I’ve now spent a cumulative total of literal months working on getting it resolved, double digit hours of time wasted on hold and frustrating phone calls, and still no resolution. I’ve spoken to multiple people there- including and most recently a high escalation manager/supervisor- and been assured on 3 different occasions that a refund was on the way...only to have that prove to be a giant lie each time. They then claim that the request was denied- even though they have promised it is a sure thing- but they don’t bother to call or email to let me know the request has mysteriously been denied. Total and complete joke of an organization with the most ridiculous level of incompetence I’ve ever seen. Please don’t use these guys. There are lots of lenders out there who are professional, accessible and willing to communicate...but Zions mortgage is not one of them.

My friend banks with them. And he hasn't had a working card in over a year and has ordered one loke frigging 5 times but still no success. So frack these frackers, dude

The worst bank I have ever banked with in my life. Twice there have been fraudulent charges on my account and they would not refund them. One of them I had to go through the company that charged the funds and took me over 6 months of calling, leaving messages, and e-mailing to get my money back. The second time the lady straight called me liar and said my card wasn't stolen and I had to file a police report to show footage of the person using my card and even then they would only give me back 90% of the money. I closed my account and two weeks afterward a charge came in and they let it go through and didn't notify me for two more weeks the whole time charging me $32 overdraft charges and $5 or $15 every single day. Do not risk using this bank. They are dishonest crooks and will do anything they can to steal your money.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I am so glad that I do not bank with you guys because you certainly do not know how to take care of your customers. I have been here for 40 minutes just to cash a check. If I truthfully could, I would give you guys zero stars. There were several available employees and not one of you could open up at a different window? Please. Explain to me how that makes sense. I am in awe that you guys are still in business.

Terrible customer service, I've been waiting for 15 mins at the booth while the the lady helping me decided to go help someone else at the drive through. So annoyed right now. I won't be back to this branch.
