I go here all the time and all I wanted was to buy my groceries and this inconsiderate old rude lady named Chris kept yelling at me instead of helping me in customer service the other day. I told her I wanted to do a tap at the cashier's and pay but instead she kept yelling at me no saying my card won't work. The other lady tried helping me out saying call the number on the back of my card but I know I have money on the card there's nothing wrong with it, I just wanted to do a tap and pay but Chris wouldn't even let me leave customer service and told me I need my pin number to pay at customer service. I didn't want to pay my stuff at customer service!! So RUDE!!! I wanted to pay with the cashier I told her many times my card would work and she kept yelling and telling me no. I eventually left and my mom had to go back and buy my stuff because this lady wouldn't let me leave and go pay for my stuff with the cashier. Mind you it's a visa card, so I don't understand what she was trying to say or imply but NEVER go to customer service and avoid that horrible lady Chris or Kris whatever you spell her name there.

An unbelievable amount of stuff at reasonable prices. Take time to be kind to the staff. They are working their butts off. And there's no overhead music?! Nothing to distract you or them from the chaos. Be patient. Be kind.

The only grocery store that I know of thats open 24 hours a day. We used to have a choice, but the rest of them wiped out during covid, and haven't changed a bit since. Thank you WinCo for opening back up 24/7. I at least appreciate you being there for us.

Whatever you do, don't go in on the graveyard shift. The short blonde cashier at night....i don't know what her problem is, but she is RUDE! At least to me. I've never done anything to her, but she acts like I'm putting her out by coming to her register. If they would ipen up self check at night, I'd go do that instead of have to deal with her.

This is one of the good stores I like. Half of the customers are undesirable though and very selfish. The workers and customer service are excellent.

It's a grocery store so the selection is what you would expect at one. I always go later in the evening or after midnight just to avoid large crowds. The prices and what you can get for your money seem to be a lot better than what you would get from Walmart or Maceys. I really like WinCo the only negative thing I would say is it's insane to only have one register open when there's a line of ten people or more waiting to check out. I don't know if it's just not in their budget to hire another cashier ha.

I actually like WinCo a lot and wish there was one closer to my house, because it would be my go-to for groceries. The reason I'm rating it low is because they don't let you pay with your phone.
They also don't take credit cards, so beware; bring cash or debit or you'll be disappointed, have to Venmo a stranger so they can put it on _their_ debit card, or get cash from the ATM and go back. While I understand the no credit card thing and respect trying to save money, they need to get with the times and let you pay with a debit card on your phone. Since the Pandemic I've been able to pay contactless almost everywhere. WinCo is the only hold out.

Great selection, low prices, can be a bit overcrowded. Remembering that they don't accept many credit cards so having cash or a debit card can be important.

Line is crazy long … and over 25 items not allow to use at self check out … and not many cashier … :/ ended up have to wait over 30 mins just to check out … Costco has way better system

Ellie was the sweetest soul at the self checkout, my girlfriend and I had spent almost the whole night up because she had the worst cold, we decided to go to the closest place open and get some. We were cold, frustrated, tired, we go to the store and get our cold medicine and when we check out, our card declines. I’m on the verge of tears when Ellie comes up and pays for it with her own money. The sweetest, kindest gesture ! This employee deserves a raise !

Julie and Ashton from the deli were phenomenal. Both so friendly and helpful. Ashton so positive and high energy and polite. Julie so chill down to earth and patient as can be with my questions and decision making. 5/5 one of the best experiences I have ever had with a grocery store. Maybe the best. Thank you!

Great big store with very reasonable prices. You can buy almost anything here. They have a fantastic bulk product selection. There's fresh ready to make pizza. A large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh baked goods and snacks.
