I go to this location quite frequently and I love it. I give it less stars because I can’t reach management. The rules aren’t enforced here. I was at this location today and there was a person blasting their music. Nobody could hear themselves. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. Hope this can be fixed soon.

This car wash was a complete disappointment.I hate giving bad reviews but I felt very dissatisfied after my car wash. For the price that I payed, I would think that it would be worth it but this it just completely unacceptable, my back windshield was not washed at all! As well as other windows of my suv, definitely DO NOT RECOMENDABLE!

The haunted car wash is always amazing but this year is a 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND worth the price;) even tho it’s a scary tunnel the workers are so nice

WIGGY WASH WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!The most DISHONEST and UNLOYAL company I’ve ever dealt with.My car was damaged twice because of their car wash and both times they dismissed me and my claims and said it was my fault and they couldn’t accept responsibility.All they could say was “I’m sorry you feel that way”Even their employees on site said it was the car wash’s fault.Don’t deal with people that can’t take responsibility for their mistakes!!DO NOT GO HERE!

Are you tired of feeling bad for saying no three times to the poor workers at quick quack but still want the towels that aren’t available at super sonic (or whatever it’s called now)? Go to wiggy wash. Hand washing is always going to be better but the free vacuums PLUS the towels PLUS all purpose cleaner, I’ll drive here even if I live closer to other car washes.I used to dread going to wash my car because I shouldn’t fear being on the receiving end of aggressive salesmanship just for washing my car.

Bought the monthly pass for the most expensive car wash they have and still never gets the bugs off the front of the car or the back bumper, went through 3 times one day and still not clean, a bit frustrating! Then, all the hoops you have to jump through to cancel are even more ridiculous after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I wouldn't recommend, pretty disappointing! And the customer service person was so rude, I won't be returning.

Went to this car wash for the first time the other day. When we got out, we had a HUGE crack in our windshield that went all the way from top to bottom that wasn’t there prior. We told management and got a response from their claims team that there was nothing they could do. Definitely won’t be going there any time again.

Usually pretty quick even when it's really busy. I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't toss my side mirrors around so much. Good enough to go for the subscription, it's not nearly as rough as the competitors... For my truck at least.

Ashley at the Wiggy Wash in Orem is amazing! I had lot one of my car mats in the machine earlier in the day (user error haha) and came back after they had closed, but Ashley stood out there and helped us fish it out. She was so sweet and kind, definitely an amazing employee!

It is honestly the worst car wash. I have been to in two years. It didn’t clean the back of my vehicle at all. I had to find some paper towels/ fast food napkins to wipe the back of my car to get it to look clean then there air compressor air thing blew rust onto my driver side mirror when I was trying to blow it dry had to get a napkin wet from water on the car to clean it. It makes sense now why there was practically nobody there. The trash was full when I went to try to clean the interior both vacuums on both sides had like no suction took the head off one of them. There’s a piece stuck in there that clogged up the rest of the stuff. Really quick.

I’ve had a VIP pass for years but I’m getting a little dissatisfied for awhile now. It seems equipment seems to always be down. On multiple occasions some sections in the tunnel has non functioning cloth spinners so parts of my vehicle don’t get cleaned. Then on many visits the vacuums I try to use are clogged. I’d like to count on my vehicle being cleaned on both interior and exterior and it’s not been happening. :(

Pretty typical wash of its type. Definitely tiered. Good vacuum with towels and cleaner spray bottles available. Terrible entrance (traffic issues) suggest turning south on the road just east of entrance (west side of target store).

Great prices washes and there is never a line! And if there is it goes super fast including free vacuum use! My family has a sticker that's gets us right in (monthly pass) for every vehicle!! Definitely recommend:)

The wash its self was good. When I went to vacuum there was low suction in the spot I picked. After moving to a different spot I was able to vacuum more thoroughly. As I was using the mat cleaner the front panel came loose. The floor mat cleaner did clean my mats well with just one pass. Some upkeep and maintenance would go along way. All in all a fine experience and a much cleaner car.
