Is by far the worse costumer service at any Wells Fargo. We wanted to open another account making it 3 accounts with Wells Fargo already including credit card. After more than 20 minutes of waiting a cashier came to us and asked us what we wanted to do. We told him and said he was going to check with the bankers which he didn’t do he just grab a post it notepad and came back to us. This was the only guy with glasses, there were like 6 other workers there and one with dark skin and curly hair was just laughing at us. He said that if we didn’t have an appointment he couldn’t helped us and all the bankers were taken for today. There were 3 people helping other client to open an account. They just killing time at least one of them because I understand that there was new woman in training. They just saw us there waiting and nobody came to us and the bank was pretty much empty. He said we needed to make an appointment but he just took out name and wrote it down on his little post it’s. So profesional ?? he just brushed it off when we said we were waiting he was like “oh sorry but we cannot help you today” but he also didn’t make an appointment for us because he said that an appointment it’s not required. They just didn’t want to work I guess. They were killing for 1 hour until the bank was closed.

10/11/23Find a different branch. Gentleman at the counter was nice, the “Banker” was unwilling to help add my wife to the account due to closing at 5 pm. It was 4:15. He stated another customer was en route but had net arrived. Customer service was very disappointing. The other banker “Bronson” seemed like a great guy. Such a strong name.

Worst banking experience ever.My card information it's been stolen 2 times in the last 12 months, this 2nd time 500 hundred dollars were stolen from my bank account.How? Someone stole my card information and use it in NEW YORK!!!!I called them and they denied my claim, because " that pin was use at that time"when I tried a second time they just told me my claim was already denied and they were not going to do anything about it.I'm closing my account and changing to a different bank.

I went in today to cash a check, the same check I’ve cashed several times in the same branch. The young man named Joseph that I was assigned to kept telling me I was not able to cash my check while I provided all the identification required, continued to give me a hard time meanwhile his manager was standing beside him giving the approval to go forward with the process I went in for. I felt very belittled and disrespected I hope they can address this problem adequately. I don’t feel anyone should treat someone else in that manner.

Was in on April 26th and was very impressed with Cheyenne. She went above and beyond to helped me with my transactions, she was a pleasure to work with and offered help with online banking tips and ways to use my Wellsfargo accounts more efficiently.

Need more staff. Waits are way too long every time I've come in. Not to mention half the time They tell you to just use the app or go online. If I came in, it's because I wanted a human to help me face to face.

We came here twice to open a bank account for my sister. Our “Personal Banker”, Reina Arando, was mean and very rude tu us, twice. The first time, she wouldn’t open it because my sister didn’t have a proof of address, so she said a letter would work. The second time, She wouldn’t accept our freaking proof of address because it wasn’t a “official” thing. It was a freaking letter “officially” mailed to her. What the hell did she mean by that? She treated us poorly, rudely, and made us waste our time. Somebody needs to talk to her and remind her that she is supposed to at least fake a smile, try to be nice, and do as much as she can to make people happy with her service. I can’t believe how bad she made us feel.
