The most rude tellers I have ever dealt with at a bank. Been banking with Wells for a long time and have visited a number of branches. Know most of the tellers by name. But it may finally be time to switch banks to somewhere that appreciates the business.

I am a loyal wells fargo customer and have been for 20 years, I am a PMA customer, I have many accounts, 2 mortgages, 3 investment accounts.....and I was just treated like garbage at the 8th north Orem location. I walked out without being helped and considering going through the huge amount of work it would take to move my accounts from wells fargo. Please whatever you do dont go to the 8th north orem location!

Employees are narcissistic !!!!! This bank take your money !!! The only good employee was Leonardo but he's gone. They are disrespectful when people are trying to talk to them and get but hurt easy. Online bank is worst they mess up all my checks. Go to a credit union !!!!

Absolutely love Wells Fargo! They always take good care of me, and are willing to help anytime I have a question or concern with my accounts. Great place to bank!

WORST BANK EVER. My mother has been a member for 15 years, she recently opened a different bank account and accidentally used a check from her wells fargo account that didn't have enough funds in it. She was charged $39 for an overdraft fee. We called to talk to a banker and see if they could waive that fee (she had never overdrafted in the 15 years she's had an account with them), they said nope, sorry, can't be done. Spoke to a manager, he said the same thing. Rude, rude, rude. He asked why I was on the phone with my mom, I explained that I was helping her with her finances (she is 71 years old). He was rude and didn't want to give any info just because I was not on the account, but she was on the phone with me and was able to verify her identity and everything. Also, if you ever have a problem logging in to the web site, they can't help you online, you have to call in and wait on hold forever to have your password reset. They make you fill out answers to security questions, but they don't let you answer them to verify who you are to reset your password. In short, run from this bank so you don't have to deal with the BS of the so called 'customer service' of Wells Fargo.
