I cannot say enough about Steve and his staff. They were extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and they cared about my overall experience. There was no haggling at all and they were very fair. I came away feeling like I made genuine friends with them, which created a repeat customer in me. It should be noted that I drove all the way from the Denver area. It was worth the drive. Thank you!

Steve and his team went above and beyond. Ruben was awesome. This was the biggest trailer purchase we've ever made and they made it easy and comfortable.
I can't recommend Washburn any higher, if 6 stars was a thing, I'd give it to them.
A little addendum: We had a couple of things that needed to be repaired on our trailer. Steve said, "No problem, bring it in". We did, and they took care of everything.
If you're looking at RV's, you can't do better than Washburn!

We bought a used RV from Washburn Motors. It was so easy, we love the RV and the service was great. Steve and Rueben were really helpful and answered all our questions. We’ll be using them to service the RV in the future and first place we’ll go when we’re ready to upgrade.

I had a great experience working with Washburn Motors to buy my Toy hauler. Steve and Ruben were awesome at answering any questions I had and addressed any issues that the trailer had with me and how they had repaired it. Ruben did a walkthrough with me that was very thorough and he showed us how everything worked. They also set up my equalizer hitch and made sure that everything was level on my truck before I left. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new trailer.
