Blonde customer service lady refused to cooperate or even attempt to cooperate when I asked if she could check the cameras to verify if I’d lost an item at the cash register. Why have cameras if they won’t even be used? Waste of resources. Had to get help from other employees outside customer service for what could’ve been a really simple thing to do, considering customer service is there for a reason. No point in customer service if they don’t provide any of the intended services and pull through with the intended functions of their equipment

My service dog in training started to throw a fit near the checkout lanes and the front end management came over and helped keep the situation from escalating so I could take him out and then come back to pay for my stuff :) they were very polite about it and I appreciate that it didn’t turn into a huge scene.

Used a normal cashier because almost all self checkouts are set up for 15 items or less. The cashier forgot to give me one of my bags. Once I came back to the store I spoke to the front end manager, went and shopped a second time for my items. Had to walk up and down the front end looking for the guy so I could leave. The manager let me get my items because they were "not expensive". So what happens if it was expensive would I be out of luck? Just overall a bad customer service experience and a drain on my time.
