I love that I can get photos printed so quickly here. But I especially want to shout out Dave at the photo center. He’s been there the last three times I’ve picked up photos and he’s just exceptionally kind!

I ordered photos with the "One-Hour Pickup" option but it has been over a week and they still aren't ready. The website says, "Delayed," with no indication of why or when they will be ready. I tried to cancel and get a refund but it says they cannot be canceled and prints aren't eligible for a refund.

My daughter just got married, and we went to this Walmart to have 4 large Canvas pictures made to hang at the reception venue and a bunch of other pictures printed off to display at the reception. One man, Dave Jordan, that worked at this Walmart in Orem was so helpful and knowledgeable. Because of him, our pictures all turned out perfect. My daughter has 2 of the big canvas pictures hanging in her living room now, and they are beautiful. It's awesome especially when you're super stressed like before a wedding to find someone who is super helpful and kind. Dave Jordan is the man in the photo center at the Orem Walmart! Thank you so much Dave!!!

I've been trying to order prints on walmart.com for weeks, bit the website is incredibly glitchy and won't let me order, even though I've already uploaded all the photos to my account. I tried going in to the store to see if they could help me print the photos on my account, but they were absolutely no help. There was no way to log in to my account at the store, and it seems like there really should be.It seems like the best way to order pictures at Walmart is to have them in a Google photos folder or a flashdrive. If you can get it to work, the prices are very good.

We have ordered prints here multiple times over the past couple of years and it seems like there's always some sort of problem. BUT... the employees there have always been really nice and willing to fix the issues in a timely manner. Our last order I guess didn't process and they couldn't find it; Dave was SUPER nice when I talked with him over the phone and he was able to get my photos printed quickly without charging the extra hour fee. Thank you so much Dave!!

One hour photo! What a joke. Put my order in at 7am. Go into store at 1pm, that is 6 hours later. Staff not even at desk yet. Tried to cancel order. Went home, called store at 130 got staff member, he says it's printing now. Do I believe him? Not this time, tell him cancel order, never again Walmart.

I ordered a photo print on May 8 which claimed to be ready within 5-7 days. According to the tracking info, my print was delayed a bit but has been sitting at this location since May 18. It's now July 8 and I've never received any notification of it being ready for pickup or any explanation for the extreme delay despite my efforts to contact customer support. I just want a refund at this point.

Ordered 1 hour prints online. 24 hours later still not ready. No answer when I had tried to call them so went all the way to the store. Found our their printer was down with no ETA as to when it would be fixed. Would have been nice to have received a notification or email stating they couldn't be printed and given the option to cancel and get my money back, instead I'm left waiting for photos that I needed the same day. Got a notification a few days later and went in to pick them up, and they still insisted I had to pay the 1 hour photo charge even though it took 4 days to get my prints.

The good news? Price can't be beat. I'll definitely give them that. Bad news? Their employees can't perform their jobs. I've come about thirty times and left frustrated all times but once. They don't let me know when my orders are ready, never answer the phone, are often curt, and it takes minutes to find my pictures in their three drawers they have to check. Unfortunate. This last time took them 30 mins of standing in line.
