I have been waiting to get a prescription refilled for 10 days. I refilled it through the app a few days ago and got a message to come pick it up. When I got there there was NO prescription, and I am COMPLETELY out and they have no idea when it will be in stock.

This place has certainly earned its very low star standard. It's a shame places like this can continue to exist. Worst pharmacy, horrible system.I might feel bad for the employees however, seems like an unnecessarily high stress job designed to make their employees hate their day which then translates into us hating their services. Who knows.Please find a way to do better!!

When you're on hold you hear some variation of the message "please hold on, we'll be with you shortly" every 15 seconds. When you're on hold for 20+ minutes like I was you hear that message literally 80 times. Please for the love of everything holy reduce how often you get that message. I get it, you're busy. The hold music is fine. Stop telling me to keep waiting every 15 seconds. If this is fixed I'm happy to change my review.

Had to get a last-minute script for my kid and this was the only place open at the time. I had to pay out of pocket because the tech entered in my wrong birthdate so insurance wouldn’t process it. And the only way to get a refund is if I go back in person, which is like 30 min away. So that’s neat.

I went there yesterday on Christmas to find something, and an employee Charles came up to me immediately and started helping me. He was really kind and even patiently waited on call with another Walgreens to find what I needed! I really appreciated him doing that and I think I had a wonderful experience due to him. Thanks Charles!

Worst pharmacy ever. They mess up dosages, managers are never available, they don’t bill insurance properly. Biggest headache working with them. We were patient for years but 2023 has been horrible

Biggest waste of time trying to deal with the pharmacy there 5 workers there yet only one is ever working and that one loves to make conversation with every person so it takes 30 mins to even talk someone then even though you confirmed your prescription through the app they fail to let you know that just because you can confirm it there doesn’t mean you can actually get it

Called the pharmacy, someone answered and immediately asked for my full name and birthday which NO Walgreens has ever done before hearing what my intentions were. Then as soon as he got my info he said "hold on and imma transfer you" the. Proceeded to just hang up on me... Did I really just get my identity stolen by a Walgreens tech....

Don't fill a prescription here if you need it quickly. I was told it could take up to 2 hours to fill an eye drop prescription! They are not efficient AT ALL! The reason for the one star is it only took 1.25 hours and me going to the window to check in 4 times! Thanks CVS ANY LOCATION for always being quick efficient and respectful of peoples time!

Their photo lab is terrible. We ordered our Christmas cards through the website which was easy. Arrived to pick them up and they were very grainy, fuzzy, and off center. When we brought it up to the photo person they just said "yeah we've been getting a lot of complaints"... no offer to reprint, no money back offer, nothing, just "we know the printer is bad, sorry about that". Noted.

I went to pick up a prescription last night and they told me it was canceled. They said they could redo it for me but they were closing in five minutes and it would take them longer than 5 minutes, so they would not do it that night. They told me it could be done tomorrow and to come back sometime after the morning. I got a text on my phone the next day around midday saying I had a prescription ready for me, so I headed down to the pharmacy. There were four cars in front of me and I waited in line for 35 minutes. When I finally got to the window and they said my prescription was not ready. They asked me to loop back around. I told them there were seven cars behind me! They insisted i needed to leave the window. This place is the worst! I wish I could say that that exact scenario has never played out before, but I think this is the third time it's happened to me. I am looking for a new pharmacy starting right now.

Terrible. I was told multiple times a prescription will be ready by 7:20 and I got there and still had a 30 minute wait
