Paul was an absolute lifesaver and such amazing customer service. He was able to help us get our daughters very necessary epilepsy medicine we had accidentally left at home in a different state. Paul is amazing!

I called to see when my prescription would be ready and they told me 12:30pm and I mentioned I don't like having to come back because I'll get a robot call saying my prescription is ready but when I go pick it up they tell me it's not and that I'll have to come back later. So I called and specifically asked when it'd be ready because I really don't want to go back and forth. They told me 12:30 and guess what, it wasn't ready.

The pharmacist flat out lied about my insurance not covering it. Double checked with insurance and verified. Pharmacist said they were swamped and was clearly lying about the coverage to avoid doing their job.

There is no point in scheduling an appointment here. If they are busy they will not honor your appointment time. Waited an hour and still did not give me the shot I came on time for. Terrible service, what is the point of making an appointment if it is not honored?

Walgreens is usually busy in the pharmacy, but they still give me excellent service. Several employees know me and do their best.

The past two times I’ve come here the pharmacists were super nice. But today I called to ask if my husband could pick up my prescription for me and the girl on the phone was SO unnecessarily rude. I asked and she said “yeah. Why not?” Her tone was demeaning and she was talking to me like I was stupid. I am very new to the pharmacy world as I have never been on medication until recently. So I don’t know the rules and regulations when it comes to medicine. That’s ‘why not’. I don’t care how busy you are, it is so unkind to treat people this way. Our 30 second phone call could have even been 10 seconds had she just answered my question instead of responding with unneeded attitude and belittling tones. I am so tired of businesses just treating people badly for no good reason. I went on a trip out of state a few months ago and it was so refreshing to be treated like a real person with feelings. Teach your employees to stop dehumanizing customers.

My elderly mom had been with Smith's pharmacy for many years and she was not happy that her insurance changed and she had to go elsewhere BUT we couldn't be happier with the warm welcome and personal care that we feel from the Walgreen's staff at the 850 S State Street, Orem location. Thank you!

We used to use Rite Aid on 1600 N. When they closed, we moved to this Walgreens. We get terrible service and recently it has gotten worse. I had a prescription filled last week. I showed up to pick it up on my lunch break. There were about eight cars in the drive through. I expected it to be busy as it was noon. I sat for twenty minutes. Not a single car moved. I left and came back that night at 8:00. Again, seven cars in the drive through. I decided to go inside. There were three people in front of me in line. It took more than a half hour. It was ridiculous. I felt even worse for the mother in front of me with small children. When it was finally my turn, I politely asked the pharmacist to pass along to management that we were going to have to switch pharmacies as we just can't wait this long every time. Without even looking up, he said "sounds good". I said sounds good? That seems like an odd response. He said that there was nothing he could do. I told him that I had not asked him to do anything other than pass it along to management. He then said that management didn't care and would not do anything either. He told me to total I owed them. I paid and left. I have now switched to another pharmacy.
