I went to this store this morning and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a phone store. I don't expect a lot out of phone stores in general, but this took on a new level. The store manager was so rigid and unable to be rational or think. He yelled at me three times, while I remained calm and tried to find other solutions. I have a watch only account and I purchased new devices which were to picked up in the locker. In order to get the devices out of the locker it sends a text to the device on account. The problem is that the device receiving the text doesn't allow messages to be received by non contacts and was locked in the locker creating a circle issue. I came up with 5 other ways including emailing the email on file, account pin, order confirmation, etc which he refused to consider. Understanding that this is unique as most accounts also have a phone line I asked for potential other solutions--his only idea was to just cancel the order. I even called Verizon headquarters who tried to talk to the staff in store and the manager continued to berate me and the person from Verizon on the phone. Do not waste your time trying to get help from the people in the store if it requires they actually THINK, might as well chat with the bot online, at least the bot won't also be rude!

I will say that they were pretty responsive and good while I was there in the store, but the reason for the low rate is that the return shipping label they printed out for me and boxed my old phone in was for a return through FedEx. This was a problem because my old phone got sent right back to me!
When I called Verizon to ask why, they said that it needed to be a UPS label and sent through them and NOT through FedEx. I got that label printed by this Verizon Store and they told me to go to FedEx! I'm not sure why this happened but this didn't make sense at all! Now I'm left with finding how to print the return shipping label and trying to figure all of that out.

First I want to say I have been with Verizon for 13 years and I have gone to locations all over the country in that amount of time. I have never experienced the terrible service I experienced today with Jennifer. I was recently married and went in with my husband to have him pick a phone and see what a family plan would look like for us. A normal experience would be the representative having us look at the phones and different options. She just put together a quote for the phone they were having a promotion for including Disney Plus (which I never asked for). When I mentioned multiple times looking at other phones she just said "yea so the price would be the same but I just did the quote for him to trade his phone in" (which we also didn't want to do). Her personality was unfriendly and lazy. Not an ounce of customer service or salesmanship.
We will be going someplace else.

Becareful with your information at this store location. One of the representatives used my information to steal an iPad, sim cards and two phones! I've filed a complaint with their corporate office as well as a police report into this matter.

What a great customer service experience. I wasn't happy I had to go into the store to figure out an issue. But it was a pleasant experience working with Ben! Kind, positive and great customer service!

Staff was dismissive, rude, and went out of their way to be unhelpful. I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but it really is not. I don't often leave negative reviews, but it was warranted in this instance. Might be best to try the other location in North Orem.

A Shout-Out to Wyatt at Verizon Wireless!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Wyatt at Verizon Wireless, and I can't praise his service enough. Not only did he help me find the perfect phone, but he also went out of his way to inform me about a better promotion than the one I originally came for. Wyatt's patience, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.

Absolutely do not shop at this store! There is one right down the road in the mall that will treat you better! I ordered a new phone for express pickup using the locker. Around 7pm I got the notification that it was ready. drove 20 minutes and the locker wasn't working. some lady walked out and said there's nothing I can do come back tomorrow or call back at 10am. I have been trying to call this d*mn store since 10 (it's now 12:30). To make it worse, this store doesn't have their actual number listed so I keep getting directed to a call center. I am currently on the phone with the 3rd tech support person, and they put me on hold to try to personally get ahold of your store. DO BETTER!

Wyatt was an absolute stud, I wish more people had the work ethic and demeanor like him. Some employees are lacking a solid work ethic not him, went above and beyond definitely will keep my business due to him

I will make it short and not sweet. I could write a novel of the horror’s. My experience was a nightmare with Jennifer (Jen). She wasn’t happy. She only cared about making a sell and not listening. She even gave me bad information which the manager had to clarify later. I hope to never have to go to that store in this life. I would prefer going to the grave!

if I could leave a 0 star review I would, the whole service from the store to the app to the customer service number to the service quality to there billing. an absolute disaster. A complete disgraces from a company worth HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of dollars.

Unique to my Verizon experience this store and Manager, Ben, I had a very good experience returning a Verizon 4g lte Home router. The router worked okay, but I've switched services due to billing discrepancies the last 6 months (unrelated to this store location).If I was rejoin Verizon or have need for their technical services again, I recommend this location.
