I've been a member of this fitness club for 3 years now, everything was fine until they complicated the entrance into the pool area..This new device sucks..It takes time to read the barcode even if you're holding the phone straight under the red light...At least make it so we could enter the code manually..In one word it's a pain to get in there especially for guests..I bring my dad every 2 days and he either has to wait until someone gets out of the locker room or just wait outside..Too much complications..And i'm curious as to who dared to get inside the pool area without having to go past the checkin desks..

I did the 930 spin class with Heather . I thought I'd Writing review my last class with her, but then I wrote it off for being maybe it was a one off because it was Halloween but this class was very similar. I will say that she has the energy. She's excited. She's probably doing her best, but the style is not for me, the Halloween class we played at as Simon says which I thought was very childish. It was just reminding me of like daycare and when I come to the gym for structure and push myself, the music was chaotic all over the place didn't there was not one like zone. It was like today we would get in a zone with like some beat with heavy base and then transition to slow country. We were in and out of zone and it wasn't consistent. She was constantly changing the music starting a song over. There was no flow or structure in the music. Twice during the workout we talked about her family life. We talked about glass dolls and selling them and how her children feel about them, this not the conversation or what I need to hear. I'm trying to push myself. Again This may work for some people. It's not my favorite, but I can only come at certain times so I come and make the best of it . A way to make the class better, perhaps have your music planned out so you don't have to constantly be on your phone and apologize for having to restart the song. have more upbeat music to help us get into the zone. Keep the conversation to pushing ourselves to be better and leave the family talk to after or before the class.

the terms and conditions are completely predatory and exploitive.
To me it seems a lot like Vasa keeps customer retention through friction, not just through the hidden fees but also the intentionally difficult cancellation process, along with the unyielding customer support which I suspect is systemically intentional.
Also, I canceled my subscription a week ago or so, and for some reason it still hasn’t gone through. I received another monthly bill today, in effect causing me to pay $75 in total just to cancel!
EDIT: in all fairness, they did actually respond and helped me cancel, so I’ll give credit where credit is due. +1 star.

I would give this 0/10 if I could. I literally had the worst experience with vasa of my whole my life. I got a new card and updated my billing information, BUT no one told me that I had to call or go in to update billing for my yearly fee. I was charged monthly for the last three years and upon trying to cancel was told that I owed $300 in yearly fees before I could cancel. I called to ask why since they had my payment on file they couldn't just take it each year because $300 upfront is insane and they stated that it was my responsibility to go in to a vasa and update it or call. How will I have known when no one ever told me that? They refused to forgive any of it and charged me "delinquent"fees. The customer service is garbage. Dont go here unless you want to be over charged and never be able to cancel your contract with them. 0/10 worst customer service experience ever.

I’m going there every 2 days, i love their spa, recovery room with hydromassage lounges!! They’re AMAZING!! But there’s always 1 BUT.. And it’s about cleanliness of the locker rooms..Lots of hair on the floor, in the lockers as well..The floor is made of such weird material that you can’t see the dirt..They don’t earn alot to care much about the cleanliness..That’s why i give them 3 ⭐️s

Vasa KidCare has been my biggest sanity saver as a mom! I’ve been so impressed with the quality of care by the ladies who run the KidCare. Leaving your baby with anyone can be hard as a mom
And I was so nervous to try it out! But I always feel comfortable and confident leaving my baby here. Getting an hour to workout without worrying about my baby in such a nice facility is a highlight of my day.

They have a lot of hydro-massage chairs, and they work. Lots of equipment. Lots of people. The showers are amazing. Floor to ceiling walls and a proper shower enclosure so the water stays in its lane, the shower curtain could be a little longer as water does bounce outside the enclosure underneath the curtain.
