“I showed up knowing the exact truck I wanted and Jeremiah was extremely helpful! He let me test drive it for nearly an hour to make sure I was sure I wanted it. Then any minor issue I had he immediately addressed. All his vehicles had a full service done before purchase as well. A few days after I picked it up I checked the carfax for the last oil change and realized the shop he sent it to simply forgot to do it. I messaged him and without hesitation he quickly offered to pay for an oil change because that is their policy. Once it was done he Venmoed me. The best truck buying experience I’ve ever had!”

“Jorge and DJ were absolutely fantastic to work with, and they went way, way above expectations to replace/rebuild an engine in my daughter's Mazda Miata.
We had a little drama with an engine we bought elsewhere, and both Jorge and DJ worked with the supplier to take care of the issues. When it became clear that the supplier was repeatedly giving us the run-around, Jorge and DJ took care of the issues at a fair bit of cost to themselves, something they didn't need to do.
They are honest and hard workers and communicated with us the whole time. If it weren't for them, my daughter would have a very dead Miata. Instead, she's driving it around and loving it. We are so happy we took the car to them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
“Absolutely brilliant experience! Car shopping is a stressful and time consuming process but True Auto made the experience quick and painless - truly my best autoshop experience. Most car salesmen will do or say anything to squeeze a bit more out of you, but Levi at True Auto was never pushy. We were immediately welcomed and greeted. He asked about what I was looking to find and helped me find cars in his lot that matched my needs. He didn't try to sell me on anything I did not need which was a breath of fresh air. He was responsive to all of our questions and issues. All of his vehicles are very well kept/maintained and you can tell he really cares about his business and customers. I will return here for any vehicle purchases in my future. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this one.”

“We purchased a Mercedes Sprinter with less than 100,000 miles on it. Drives great! Has $3k worth of tool racks in the back, so big savings there. Has a heavy ladder rack on top, 1500 watt inverter, roof-mounted light, and a solid tablet mount in the cab. I would have expected to pay $5,000 more for this van. Couple small factors, such as tail light, and broken dash button, but all-in-all, a great deal. Jeff was great to deal with. Thx!”
