They’re getting beat up here a bit, but I had a great experience. I went in to discuss a possible car loan and they gave me all the info I needed in order to make my next move with a car purchase. I had a great, friendly, efficient experience and give them my highest recommendation.

This Branch is Horrible. It takes forever to make a simple deposit. I was waiting for over 30 minutes for the jeep in front of me to get through. Cars behind me so I couldn't leave. If this was a one time event I could understand, but my average time to make my business deposit is over 10 minutes. I would recommend using any other financial institution. Four locations in Utah County, Three are inside grocery stores.

I was pulling up my mask when I walked in and the door hadnt even shut and one of the employees started yapping at me to put your mask on. I thought she was talking to another customer so Im looking around with my mask on and she says to me “Im talking to you, dont walk in here without your mask,” full of vitriol. I walked out, and will never return. Considering another bank.

Nothing bad, bad experiences here. They ran my cash advance payment and said it wouldn’t work. That I would need to go pay it at another location. Went to pay at another location and the next day BOTH payments had come out. I’ve tried calling them over and over again and the phone just rings and rings. I’ve also told them the information they have on the loan is incorrect and they do nothing to fix it.

This branch is notoriously slow. Today I waited at the drive up window for 16 minutes to make a simple withdrawal. They were slow getting to me in the first place and then said they'd be right back. After ten minutes I thought they'd forgotten me so I honked. A different person came and said someone would be right with me. In the time it took him to tell me that he could have finished my transaction. I waited another five minutes before someone actually completed my 10 second transaction. They said they were short handed, but it's always like that at that location. I think the problem isn't be short staffed, I think it's poorly managed. The other locations are not like that. So frustrating.

What a joke! Was in the drive threw for over 30 mins trying to do deposits, ended up having to go inside and talk to a supervisor who was no help what so ever! My boss ended up having to come down and fix everything. What bank doesn't take money?

at my front door someone dropped off a flyer and business card for Blake Jones - a US Bank wealth management banker. my front door is clearly marked "no soliciting". I meant it.....
