Used to love Uptown, but the last three times I’ve been here I’ve been quoted a 15 minute wait time and then waited almost an hour and a half. I totally understand that things get busy, but the employees push staying at the store vs leaving and I feel like they lie to you about wait times so that you don’t leave and then walk around to spend more money. The employees are still super nice, but the inaccurate wait times definitely need to be fixed.

This is my favorite clothing store. The clothes are trendy and gorgeous, and I have found excellent deals. I live when I can get a pair of jeans for $15 that would normally be $30 or a lovely silk evening gown for $16. It's also nice to sell clothes I no longer want and get store credit for them. Today I cashed in on my store credit and didn't pay a thing.
