Kristina was an absolute treasure and deserves a raise. The Ulta app, which is a piece of junk and impossible to use by the way, was giving us difficulty and she was patient and poised and an absolute gem. 4 stars only because of the app being difficult , which again is a piece of crap and needs to be fixed.

i wanted to leave a review to say oh my gosh. working retail is intense. i came across a karen interaction where a customer yelled and cried about a blow dryer and the level of professionalism that was used was like some i’ve never seen before. please be nice to employees they don’t make the policies they just enforce them 🙏🏼

to the hairdresser Emma. She was respectful, kind, and so Professional. She followed my formula in the system and the result was perfect! Now i am Excited for the trip home to Florida looking fresh! Thank you Emma for your quality work ethic. The Ulta in Orem Utah on University drive.

One of the employees, Raven, is the best!!! I came in looking for a quick fix to a beauty emergency and she was SO HELPFUL and amazing. She found the perfect color match to my skin and stayed within my price range. She also gave me a coupon which was so kind and sweet of her!

The store has an amazing selection of products, making it super easy to find everything I need for my makeup routine. I had a very disappointing experience at this Ulta Beauty location. When I was checking out, the cashier asked me to enter my phone number. I politely declined and asked if I could skip that step, but she told me it was mandatory. She said that without entering my number, I wouldn’t be allowed to return any of the items I purchased. I asked again if there was any other option, but she insisted that the transaction could only be completed if I entered my phone number.
I felt forced to give out my personal information against my will, and at no point was I offered an alternative. As someone who is not a frequent customer, I saw no reason to share my number just to make a simple purchase. This policy felt invasive and unnecessary, and the way it was enforced left me with a very negative impression.
