Edit: turns out the car had a couple of pretty obvious problems that I should have noticed, but they definitely should have known about and they told me directly it had no issues at all. Nothing major or I would have dropped off more stars, but a few hundred dollars worth of work. I still think they are nice people, but maybe take a really close look at the car before you buy it

Absolutely brilliant experience! Car shopping is a stressful and time consuming process but True Auto made the experience quick and painless - truly my best autoshop experience. Most car salesmen will do or say anything to squeeze a bit more out of you, but Levi at True Auto was never pushy. We were immediately welcomed and greeted. He asked about what I was looking to find and helped me find cars in his lot that matched my needs. He didn't try to sell me on anything I did not need which was a breath of fresh air. He was responsive to all of our questions and issues. All of his vehicles are very well kept/maintained and you can tell he really cares about his business and customers. I will return here for any vehicle purchases in my future. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this one.

Amazing car dealership. Unbeatable prices and the best part is they were willing to help me get the car I needed for the price I needed. Not pushy and don’t try to upsell me a car when I know what I want and need. Absolutely the best dealership I’ve ever been to and bought from.

Found True Auto on KSL. Called before driving to Orem and Levi was personable and very detailed which made me want to do the trek to see the Wrangler. This was going to be a car for my daughter so I wanted to be sure the experience was a good one. This dealer specializes in rebuilt Jeeps. When we talked with Levi in person he was very thorough and extremely personable. We did a test drive, he went through the Carfax and showed us all the pictures of the Jeep before and after the rebuild. It was a great experience overall, the Jeep looked fantastic, drove fantastic and had low mileage. Price was great and my daughter had a great experience with this dealership which is not always the case. This is the benefit of doing business with a small biz. If you want a Jeep, talk to Levi and you will have a phenomenal resource to get what you want. Highly recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, mechanic shop next door, and of course, you can get your car wrapped across the parking lot! I'm just going to say that I 100% recommend True Auto Sales and Levi, since the seller is really very patient and was very kind to us, he showed us everything about the truck, and every detail impressed us. It really was a great help. Since we visited other dealers and they were not pleasant at all, but with Live it was the opposite! Thank you for your patience with us and thank you for the beautiful truck you sold us.

There’s not too many used dealers that I enjoyed purchasing a vehicle from or would consider leaving a 5 star review. But these guys were really great to work with! Levi sold me my very first jeep, and it was just a pleasure buying from him. No pressure whatsoever, answered all my questions, let me take time to test drive the jeep multiple times, let me put all 3 of my kids car seats in it, let me take it to my preferred mechanic to be inspected and gave me the space and time I needed to make my decisions. He was willing to work with me on several requests and I know I got a great deal on my jeep now and am pleased with my purchase. Will definitely be coming to them again for future purchases.Update: we had our first family jeep trip over the weekend and it was awesome. I waited my entire adult life to buy a jeep for this reason and have been patiently waiting until my kids were old enough to enjoy it and I could actually afford it. Thanks again to Levi for helping us make our dreams come true.
