“I crashed my Honda civic into a ditch in American fork and Chris was the tow truck driver who helped me out. He was quick, courteous and professional. Not only did Chris answer all my questions and concerns, he also gave me a ride home and had me laughing for the majority of the ride. Thank you for making my night so much better! “Look, getting towed sucks, but I understand it's business, and when it's your livelihood, of course they'll take the opportunities they get to tow legally, even if it sucks for the one getting towed. I totally get it.In my case it was a simple mistake at my own apartment complex, my fault, it is what it is. Picked up on the second ring when I called the number listed, gave me the address, amount, and when to arrive. Driver was there on time, was polite and gave me a chance to take a look around the car to make sure it was undamaged. My car is AWD and he was careful enough to use dolleys for the rear so my diff didn't get shredded while towing it.Of course getting towed is a major bummer, but for what it's worth, these guys are polite and mindful of your AWD vehicle, something I can't say for other towing companies I've dealt with in the past.”
