I knew what was broke and needed to be repaired. They didn't try to sell me and tell me anything that I didn't need. With the new parts needed I actually had to request and tell them I wanted premium parts, they didn't try to push or try to get me to buy the premium parts.
Terrific service and definitely a honest company, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.
I will return for any future repairs from brakes to oil changes to just normal wear and tear on my vehicle.”

“Got new tires on my car first thing in the morning. Unusual/uneven wear brought about a recommendation for alignment. I had read a recent Facebook thread in which Ricky's name was mentioned half a dozen times as "THE" mechanic to use. Driving away from the tire shop I called Ricky and explained the situation and asked if there was any way he could work me in since I had the day off. Ricky said, "Come over right now and I'll squeeze you in". I was so grateful I wouldn't have to take another day off work. Ricky was so genuine, honest, quoted a more-than-fair price and promised to get me out and back on the road, which he did. Best mechanical services and best customer service. I've already referred a friend to Ricky! 10/10 recommend!!”
“Had problems with a big tire (was completely flat the day before) on my 40’ RV and a tire on my car (was at 21 psi that morning). My sister called to see if they could help me. DJ told her they could take care of both. When I arrived, DJ got my car in the garage and my RV beside the garage and got work going immediately. They found a small piece of metal in my car tire, and couldn’t find anything wrong with the RV tire. They did change the valve stem, and also put special stem caps on the RV tires so I can easily measure the pressure. I can’t say enough good things about the top-notch service DJ and his team provided. I’ve put 500 miles on the tires yesterday afternoon and today with no problems!”

“All too often reviews are negative. I wanted to write and praise the guys at the Orem 800 South Big O Tires. My husband was sick with COVID and I needed to take care of a badly damaged tire. Danny was the service person who took my questions as I walked in for advice, then the next day handled things when the tow-truck brought in the car. I was kept informed about the problems and the progress. All went well, and they even came to pick me up. This is not the first time my husband and I have used this Big O location. We've never been disappointed or gotten poor service. Often I take my car in and they listen to my questions and answer things well. Having been made to feel like a dumb female at other places, I really appreciate these folks. When I told the young man who came to pick me up how much I appreciated the staff, he told me he enjoyed working there and was well-treated. Thanks, gentlemen for years of great service.”

“Went to have a tire repaired after I found a bolt in the tread. After a few minutes they came back and said it was done and no charge needed since it didn’t go all the way through. It would have been easy to still do the repair without me knowing the bolt hadn’t gone through but they didn’t. I appreciate the honesty.”

“Jared and Ben were very hospitable to my family and I. 45 minutes before closing time, our tire went flat on our way to Saint George, we called and they said to come in and they’d see what they could do. They had our tire size in stock, kindly explained to us why replacing was needed rather than a repair, and took us in in our time of need. The receptionist as well directed our call when the tire technicians were too busy to answer. This whole team bent over backwards on this mundane weeknight and we couldn’t be more pleased with this level of customer service!”
