I went in with sever chronic pain from surgery and a back injury. The doctor was un sympathetic and said it was my fault that I was in the situation I'm in and that he "didn't know what I was expecting to happen" when I checked in (in reference to the care I would receive). I've been to the hospital many times this year but this was my first time at Timpanogos and was by far my worst experience iv had at a hospital. I highly recommend going with a different hospital (company) if you would like your needs met by a professional.

The staff act like high school cheerleaders, your wait time is hours, they automatically think your drug seeking if you go there multi times. I have never had an experience where you leave worse then you came in. No professional care your wondering whats more important, communication is awful. They poked me 5, that right 5 times to get an iv. Do not go here. Go to Provo Utah Valley regional Hospital. They are more professional and show care and concern not who is dating who or where did you go on vacation.

They did a kidney ultra sound. Everything seemed to be handled positively there. But my test info did not get to my specialist as well as my family doctor.
