We come to Provo once a year and this will be our second time making a specific stop at Tie One On. We came in and Janine greeted us right away and asked if we needed any help. We told her what we were looking for and she directed us to the exact bow tie we needed. She also showed us another tie which we bought. Janine was super helpful and very kind.

Bought a red skinny tie for prom from here today. It did come with a pocket square for the price of $21.99. The price is not bad at all. I will commend them on a very good selection. There are a wide variety of options and I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a specific tie color you want or type even.

Went to return some bowties after deciding which to match with a suit, and it was past the 30 day return policy. So, I asked to see if we could at least exchange for another item and was told that it's not possible due to new ownership and a new computer system.
Great store and ties otherwise.
