I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for years. I live in a different city than Orem now, and I still bring my vehicles here. Eddie and Maria are incredibly easy to work with, transparent, and can get the job done. Prices are pretty standard, but well worth it not needing to shop around for mechanics anymore. Look no farther than Car Doctors of Orem if you need a reliable mechanic.

I brought my car in for a new cat converter just a few days before I was planning to move out of state. Eddie, Maria, and the crew went above and beyond to get my car done before I moved and were incredibly communicative and transparent through the whole process. I’ve been to several mechanics across the country, and the Car Doctor was the best by a long shot. I can’t recommend them enough.

I went for a pre purchase vehicle inspection, and they were great! They brought me out to look under the car and showed me the things that they noticed. It was cheaper than the other places I've been for inspections, and seemed no less thorough. I met a woman whose car broke down later in the day, and managed to get it into the shop. She seemed super happy with how quickly they got it fixed for her too. It's a great local business that I highly recommend.

Truly fantastic customer service and honesty. Got me in immediately for a needed fix and extremely helpful. I would even say I was undercharged for the work done and they gave me in depth understanding and multiple ways the job could be done. Always go with these folk they're very honest and dependable

Could not be happier. They don't know how amazing these guys are. I arrived at the shop with a blown tire long after closing and in less than 3 minutes they fitted me with a free spare ? Pedro was very kind and explained exactly what was wrong, while Robert offered me solutions for a new tire. They ordered one at that time so that when I arrived today, Maria would have everything ready and in order. These guys are the best!

Eddie was awesome! They were the cheapest price by a couple hundred bucks! They called me asking about other work before doing it. They told me the price and didn’t charge extra for labor! Car has been working great since! They even fit me in the next day; everyone else was a week out. These guys are great!

Car Doc charges a diagnostic fee to look at your car. My car is old, and if the cost was too high I would rather spend the $$$ toward a newer vehicle, so I asked for a worse case scenario, before paying the fee. I was told worse case $1200, and the diagnostic fee would be put towards the total cost. I felt that was acceptable and paid the diagnostic fee. They called me next day and quoted almost 3 times as much as the “worse case”. They wasted my time, and refused to refund the diagnostic fee.
