I recently filed my taxes at TAXCITY, and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with their services. From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy and stress-free.
First of all, all the ladies there are so nice and professional, Sara, Carolina and Ali made it easy to input all of my information. I also appreciated the fact that they are so fast at getting back to you whenever you have a question, so I could easily get any questions I had answered without waiting too long.
Once I submitted my information, the tax preparer assigned to me was very thorough and efficient. They were able to find deductions and credits that I didn't even know existed, which ended up saving me a lot of money in the long run.
But perhaps the best part of using Taxcity was the peace of mind it gave me. I knew that my taxes were being handled by professionals who knew exactly what they were doing, and that gave me a lot of confidence.
Overall, I would highly recommend TaxCity to anyone who needs help with their taxes. They are reliable, affordable, and most importantly, they get results. Thanks for making my tax season so much easier!!

I tried to schedule an appointment for over a week and they kept avoiding me. When I finally got an appointment they cancelled and they told me that they never scheduled it.I called several times and they never answered the phone.I wish I could share how they do their job but they didn't even let me see that.

I wanted to file my tax return with you and you never answered the phone. I even visited your offices at 9 am, which indicates that they are already open. I was there for an hour and 10 minutes and they never arrived. That's something to talk about, they are unpunctual. Terrible customer service

I do not recommend it, they did my taxes in February 2020 and as of May 2020 they have not returned them to me. They lie to you and say that the IRS is taking a while and it is not like that. I received a letter from the IRS telling me that my social security number was bad. That's why I don't recommend this place and they charge you $180 and don't help you.

Great customers service! We have been doing our taxes with Alex since 2010 and he is great. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also help several of my friends not only with tax but other matters. Definitely recommend them!

We have had our taxes prepared at Tax City for many years. We go back each year for many reasons. Alex and his team do a great job on the taxes, but even more importantly we have developed a great friendship. Sitting down and getting your taxes done feels like getting a friend to help you, but in this case that friend is and expert at what they do. We highly recommend Tax City!

if you need just add your W2 go there, for other like HSA, FSA or deduct the solar panels they don't have idea... even they don't give you any additional suggestions how better handle the deductions... finally I went to other part to have the amendment....

Don't go here! They seem friendly but they are deceiving and unprofessional! I used them for years , the prices increase each year ( you think they would give returning customers a better deal then a new customer) and they totally messed up on my filing and now it's a huge mess with the IRS. I thought it would just be easier to stick with the same place since they would know what I file from year to year. This was the last year I will ever use them! This could have been avoided if they've listed what I told them and looked at past filings with them. They won't own up to them filing wrong and are not willing to help fix it. They also said they had a different system a few years ago that they can't access to know about past filing!!! I have been with them for a few years and they should have access or made record to what they did in the recent past! You would be better off filing yourself!!!!! Run far away from here!
