My online order was completely wrong. Didn’t have half of the stuff on it and yet I got charged for it all. I get it if they’re out of stuff, but at least let me know, especially when I’m paying extra for things like avocado. That’s the whole reason my contact info is needed to place an order.

I had a coupon that was obviously not expired and in good condition and they would not honor it. They refused to help despite the fact that they had a paying customer who just wanted to pay the advertised price.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Lady kept asking me if I was making a number 16. Kept saying no I’m making custom, it took my boyfriend to say something for her to finally understand. Dude behind us was probably in there for an hour trying to get food for him and his construction crew. Lady put in an online order 4 hours ago and is still waiting for hers. I recommend not going there unless you have nothing but time.

Absolute WORST Subway I’ve ever been to. This is the Subway inside UVU.The manager was extremely rude to me. I was trying to order the Subway Club. I was asking for different cheese and that I wanted pickles and banana peppers instead of tomatoes and onions.He was extremely rude and feisty, and told me that they can’t make any modifications to these sandwiches at all. It wasn’t so much that they couldn’t make the modifications, but it was more so how he was speaking to me. Very condescending and rude.I’ve never been treated like that at any Subway or any restaurant I’ve been to.I walked away without getting the sandwich and will never return to this location.

Always fast and friendly. Moe and his team take good care of all of their customers and do their jobs right. Food is always consistent and done right. Really good job considering the amount of foot traffic they get, as UVU has over 40,000 students.

Great service, friendly staff, and my go to subway. I have ordered multiple sandwiches online, they are always ready in about 15 minutes, and the order has always been spot on!!!

I ordered my sandwich an hour ahead. The app said it was ready. I came to pick it up and they told me they don’t make the kind of sandwich I ordered. Couldn’t the app let me know or something?

I had some concerns while visiting this location today. I visited during lunch around 1pm. The staff were clearly dragging their feet and very distracted. At least a couple employees appeared to be new, which is fine, but at least one has been around for a long time. He was the most distracted out of everybody, actively using his phone while restocking the meats and veggies. He would pick up his phone, text, then use his hands immediately to touch the vegetables. He didn't change his gloves, wash his hands, or anything to clean himself when moving between using his phone and handling the food. At one point I saw *something* fall into his phone, and he then flicked it off his phone towards the food, where it landed inside one of the occupied food buckets. (Super gross). When it was finally my turn to order, the employee helping me actually stopped making my Sandwich to look at another employees phone, laugh, and then grabbed a handful of the wrong vegetables to put in my sandwich. (I had asked for tomatoes before he got distracted. after he looked at his friends phone for a while, he grabbed a handful of lettuce. Obviously distracted.) The guy who helped me last before the register was great. Attentive and thorough. When I finally got to the register, again I dealt with an employee who clearly had their attention distracted by their employee peers. Overall, pretty frustrating experience and had me worried about hygiene. The food was yummy, which was nice.

Terrible Subway, Worst experience. Definitely do not work there either, the manager is so rude to customers as well as the employees. He ought to be fired. Is very rude.

If you order online, they won’t start your order until you arrive. Additionally, despite both UVU and Subways website confirm that they have Coca Cola products in stock, however, they only carry Pepsi products. Do better.
