I have rented storage from Prime for years. I love the location and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Sarah, the general manager is absolutely amazing. She is quick to respond, helpful and kind. If you’re looking for space, I highly recommend Prime!

Friendly, caring office personnel. Jack and Sarah are fantastic. Ownership needs improvement. Rental rates are atrocious. Had 3 units with Store'm Storage. Prime took over, raised the rates. I consolidated to 2 units then one unit. I soon will be out of that unit too move somewhere cheaper . Thanks for asking
