I called this location to ask about print services for car magnets. And I can't say that the person was rude, but he was very dismissive and didn't seem to have any knowledge or information on the matter. And it was kind of contradicting to what the online website said. They said they could do it in store, when I called, they said they can't. So then the gentleman on the phone kept using words like "I don't know", "maybe", "I'm guessing about...", etc etc... In other words, he had no information for me, didn't know what he was talking about, literally, and wasn't even sure what I was talking about half the time. I hate to say this, but this one experience gives me absolutely no faith in this company. They're obviously already more expensive than your basic box stores like Walmart and target, so if they can't show up with knowledgeable and customer service oriented staff, I have no reason to give them my business.

During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of being helped by Carolina Youngblood. She was incredibly helpful making several highly useful suggestions in meeting my printing needs. I can't say enough good things about my recent visit thanks to this lady. I received fast, friendly, and helpful service. I will definitely come back to this Staples store for my future printing needs! Thank you again, Carolina.

Today, I experienced disappointing customer service at this location once more, particularly within the print and copy section. Their lack of helpfulness and courtesy was stark. My preference for Staples is solely due to their superior online ordering system compared to Office Depot, which is just across the street. Without this advantage, I would have no reason to return.

Colin/Christian (not sure which name) - not nice. Did not act willing to help. Did not apologize for not being able to help find the product. Did not say thank you for coming in as I left. Basically - no manners in chat service. He only wanted to do what was in his mind.

The only reason why I came here is because I had to return something from Amazon. When they asked me what they could do for me, the lady said abruptly and rudely that their system was down and they couldn't do amazon returns. I was immediately dismissed with my issue. I think they partnered with Amazon to bring in potential customers but I will not be one of them because of how dismissive they were to helping me. I'm not upset that their system was down that's understandable, but the customer service was sub par.

(I’ve only dealt with the print side of things)Pro: the people who work here are usually pretty niceCons: they are consistently inconsistent. You can ask them to print something and they’ll say “we will have that here by the end of the day, we will call you” and the next day you call and ask about it and they’ve completely lost the file or have no idea you’ve ordered something.The print quality is almost always underwhelming, with streaks going across. I’ve worked with them a lot and I’ve never once left feeling anything other than disappointment.
