I’ve been using this pharmacy for 3 months now and that was long enough. As a Type 1 Diabetic I make a lot of trips to the pharmacy and I have never been pleased with their service. The service is always slow, the technicians don’t seem to have adequate training and when an issues with insurance arises there is no communication between the pharmacy and the customer. My final straw was when I called today and they informed that insulin was out of stalk. In my opinion that should. Ever happen. I have previously been using the Smiths pharmacy in St. George, UT and it was amazing!

This is a BUSY pharmacy. They seem to have their act together and go out of their way to get you the lowest price using discount cards etc., often without being asked.

Your friendly Smiths family. Fast service with a smile! Very clean atmosphere and a good selection of over the counter drugs as well. I've been going here for over a year and never had an issue with my prescriptions. I live 80 miles from their store but worth the travel for the service.

5 years I’ve been with this pharmacy, and outside about 2 small situations that were still resolved same day, I can say they’ve been great.I’m aware they have been slow, drive thru isn’t always open etc, but when it comes to needing my prescription on time, they have not failed.Only once, did a member of their staff need a little inspiration from my prescribers office to get the order filled.Every other time they’ve been entirely reliable and entirely helpful. On this day I showed up with the gate only slightly ajar, 2 minutes past closing time (on a Sunday). They knocked it out in 2 minutes and I was on my way.All things said and done, I leave 5 stars because they have been absolutely reliable.They don’t know this, but despite shortages and other complications… I have not yet missed 1 full day of a prescription in over 5 years.RELIABLE!

Every time I call in they are always short with me. I am struggling to breathe & tried to call in to see if I could get some medicine today & the lady said “in an hour” so I tried to confirm weather I’d get them today or not & in one of the most pissy tones she said “we’ll do our best” I tried to explain that o need to know when I’ll be expecting them & she said in an even bigger attitude “like I said…. We will do our best” if you don’t like people, don’t work with the public. I am so upset & so sick, but that lady couldn’t care less. Get better people

I've been really impressed with this pharmacy.They were incredibly gentle and kind when I was going in there every couple weeks for changes to depression meds/doses.They reached out to my doctor's office for me when I said they should've received a prescription that they never got.The pharmacists are pretty good at giving shots. Definitely some of the least painful shots I've had have been my flu shots from here. (I've had plenty of shots).When there was a mishap with one of my prescriptions- which was caused by a manufacturer error, not by them- They handled it quickly and easily and gave me no hassle about it.Their technicians are always kind, professional, and patient. I appreciated the smiles and quick action which were shown when I arrived very tired last night needing something taken care of and another time a couple weeks ago when I came in needing help and had some high anxiety levels.The few times I've needed to wait for them to get something ready for me, the wait has been shorter than at any other pharmacy which I've experienced.Anytime I call (during business hours) they always answer their phone promptly.My prescriptions are always filled quickly. I also get text messages when they receive a prescription to be filled, once it's ready, and a couple reminders a few days or a week later if I haven't picked it up yet.They always look up the best price (insurance vs GoodRx vs ValueCare vs KrogerRx) without my even needing to ask. They just have the best price ready.Overall I've been pretty impressed by this pharmacy, including by both the techs and by the pharmacists. I would definitely recommend this location. (In fact, I've already recommended them to a coworker).

I have had some issues with this pharmacy a few times. They could use some brushing up on their costumers service skills. They can be very rude. Every time I sent in a request for a refill, they don’t go through. So I end up running out. It’s hard to function from day to day with out your medications. I have had undue stress and sleepless nights (as I cannot sleep with out my prescription) thanks to the negligence of the employees.

Constantly out of the medication I need (Adderall), which is understandable especially during this ongoing adderall shortage. What's not understandable is how absolutely rude and unhelpful they are. The typical routine is that I call my doctor to renew my medication (20mg XR), wait a day, call the pharmacy, find out they didn't fill it because they were out. Call my doctor to request a different dose, wait a day, call pharmacy, they are out, ask what they do have, call my doctor to let her know they have the non-XR pills, wait a day, finally get a prescription filled.Last time I remarked on what a pain this process is my doctor asked me to call and ask what they had first. I did that and they were very helpful and told me a couple they had. Great! Saved me so much hassle!This time I get this gal and she is extremely rude. First thing she does is cut me off when explaining what I need. Okay fine she gets it and doesn't need the preamble; totally fine so I give her my name and birth date as requested. "I don't see any prescriptions for you." Which of course I knew and would have told her if she didn't cut me off. I asked if they had 20mg XR, she says "no," I ask about 25, she says "no." Keep in mind it took her like five seconds to look up each one. Then I ask about 20mg non-XR, "no". So I say "Oh okay so you're totally out then?" I'm still very calm and polite at this point. She says "No I do have some just not those." Me: "Oh ok can you tell me what you have so I can let my doctor know?" She says "I don't know, honestly."This is when I wrinkle my face and we both sit through like a 3 second pause as I'm wondering what the hell I even say to that. Me: "....like, it's too hard to look them up and try to find one you have in stock?" She says "Yeah. I have to look up each one." Me: "Okay well can you look up a few more and let me know so I can tell my doctor and she can decide if they are okay to substitute?" She sighs and gets super annoyed. "No I can't." I get annoyed back and say "umm, okay, well why wasn't this a big deal last time?" She just sighs some more so I hang up.I feel silly coming to tattle here but it was extremely unprofessional and rude. I'm not a Karen that's going to go out of my way to call corporate or whatever but I felt the need to let others know the kind of service to expect from this place. I'll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere and then she never has to deal with me again. Hopefully this alleviates the massive amount of stress I obviously caused her.

Thought it'd be a good alternative to Walgreens but nope. They said they had enough to give them 45 mins and then called to say they were out. Wasted my time while my son needs the prescription.
