I got lash extensions from the owner and the glue was irritating my eyes and my eyes were watering a lot. I told Yanina that my eyes were really watering and she said that it didn’t matter.After I left, I went to the store. While at the grocery store, My lashes were so uncomfortable! The more I touched them, attempting to adjust whatever placement that really bothered me, I realized that they were all too easily just coming right off. I began pulling slightly at my lashes to test if they were on securely at all! They all came right off.If I pulled them off when all of my lashes were still glued securely, I’m pretty sure I would have been pulling out my eyelashes, perhaps some blood and definitely redness and swelling!! Can you imagine??! Who would do such a thing to themself? It would hurt too much!!I’m pretty sure lashes are just like hair extensions….you’re not supposed walk out of the salon and immediately be able to just simply pull off all of your lashes right there in the grocery store.You would have to rip out all of your real hair with the glued in extensions if the glue adhered properly.I sent a picture via text to show Yanina right away that my lashes came right off easily. The glue did not adhere correctly, and there was nothing permanent about the service I had just received. She ghosted me.No comfort, no compassion whatsoever. No inviting me back.I had already had a bad day spending a lot of money somewhere else and got terrible nails that day. As Yanina knew. They were thick and ugly and I was going to have to go home and do some filing and shaping. I was depressed and told her about it. She threw that in my face later and told that I probably complain about everyone.I went ahead and disputed my bad service from Yanina, and stated that I didn’t get what I had PAID for.Yanina was ANGRY. She disputed back, and my credit card company backed down. She kept my money with zero remorse.No, Yanina, I am not a difficult customer, and no I did not dispute my charges for my nails as well, because they didn’t peel off easily like tape.My nails actually stayed on quite nicely. I just unfortunately had to go home and do some filing that night.

I got a lash extension removal from Tessa. She was professional and had a chill personality. She did a great job with my lashes & making sure I was comfortable the whole time.

I have been going to Yanina and Veronica for lash extensions for years. They are both incredible and fast! The only lash gals I trust! I’ve been seeing Yanina (owner of Sirene Lash) for probably 7 years now. She is the BEST of the best. I have sensitive eyes and skin, and Yanina is extremely meticulous and attentive. She uses quality products that don’t have adverse affects on my eyes or skin. Yanina knows exactly how I like my lashes and does them perfectly every time. Also, pro tip: Keeping your lashes clean and brushed helps them last even longer.I cringe if I hear someone talk about their lash extensions weighing down or hurting their eyes, affecting their vision, or feeling clumpy—especially because all of these are easily avoided if filled by a true professional. Yes, the extensions may feel a little different the first day you get them, but that's to be expected.I trust Sirene Lash with my lashes and recommend them to everyone I know. I have been going to Yanina since 2015!!! I took a break from lashes here and there and I have tried a few different artists but I always fell back on her. She can achieve any kind of lash you desire. She is very ethic and professional as well. I am always happy with my results as well as my experience there every time.Oh and she is always so willing and open to work around my schedule which is HUGE. I am sooo grateful.I will never try another lash artist again. This studio is seriously the best. ❤Thank you!!

Came for a fill left still looking like I still needed a fill. The whole inner corner of my left eye has no lashes. And extremely poor quality. I don’t know what type of lashes she used but they feel so hard and so plastic. Im used to better quality lashes that feel like actual hair. These are horrible.

Company is inflexible and unwilling to work with clients through extenuating circumstances.Started coming to Sirene at the beginning of the summer. Had a good dynamic with my eyelash technician. Found some last minute time to do a fill appointment and scheduled it less than 24 hours in advance, but as soon as I scheduled it I remembered a personal appointment I had that made me unavailable for the lash appointment. Reached out right away (less than a half hour from making the appointment) to try to reschedule for the following day. Kept trying to reach out hourly to reschedule (because I respect the time of my lash technician). Finally, just before closing, received a text where they insisted they needed to charge the full fee for service because I was trying to change my appointment less than 24 hours in advance. Mind you, I had only scheduled the appointment that day and I WASN'T TRYING TO CANCEL, ONLY RESCHEDULE FOR THE NEXT DAY. They still charged the full fee. I am not interested in working with a company that is inflexible especially in a first time extenuating circumstance. The irony is, they say they do it to protect the artist working for them, but I was happy with my technician and would have happily continued to work with her. But because of this "company policy" that they are so rigid on, I will no longer work with the technician, which negatively affects them in the long run.

A week or so ago I booked a lash appointment with this salon, I booked a foreign fill (volume) cuz my regular lash lady was sick. Bibi was my lash artist and she did an amazing job. She texted me before the appointment for more information about my lashes so she could be prepared, and she pretty much gave me a full set for the price of a fill. I was very happy that she actually took time on my lashes, (my normal lash lady did my lashes very quickly and they were never as full as I wanted them to be) and I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend getting your lashes done here. My lashes were very full and beautiful after getting them done here. :)

I used to come here often and was always impressed with the quality of my lashes! This last time though, I paid for a full hybrid set. They were clumped onto my lashes and were really painful within 24 hours of getting them. When they come out, they're coming out with clumps of my natural lashes. I'm so sad that my natural lashes have been damaged so badly, that they were so painful, and that it's only been 10 days since I got them and they're almost completely gone.
