Gabriel was super helpful!! I asked him for help finding a product that would work best for me and he knew everything! He knew where everything was right away and took his time walking me through stuff. Ended up getting a setting powder that I’m obsessed with that he recommended for me. Thanks Gabriel!!! You deserve a raise lol!!

Given I am not the target demographic. The staff was not really eager to assist our family. It gives the impression that if you are not dressed like the stereotypical sephora shoppers you don't belong. I will give credit to the product it is high quality and you can get it cheaper in store than online.

I went to this location with my boyfriend and bestfriend to buy at perfumes and eyeliners, I noticed when I was walking around alone about three employees were following me. They were trying to see if I was stealing however not one of them came up to me and asked if I had any questions. I felt racially profiled because my friends that are both Caucasian noticed and said they weren’t followed around like I was (a black female). Overall uncomfortable experience and will not be buying from here again.

I just now came in and asked for samples for my niece because she has sensitive skin…. The woman I spoke to was very rude the moment I finished my sentence and she started to open her mouth. I then went on to ask someone else & realized she was using her ear piece / microphone to tell the other employees not to give me samples. If there were no free samples as she claimed then why take the time to tell everyone else not to give me samples???? Disgusting experience! I’ve been here several times before as this is where I purchase my facial products & I have never had this type of customer service! Super upset I was talked in such disgusting manner, lied to & treated this way!

Sephora is always hit or miss with employees, sometimes they want nothing to do with you and sometimes they won’t leave your side. I feel like this location has the sweetest employees who know how to interact with you to make you feel comfortable asking questions but also give you space to browse. Erica helped me today and was just above and beyond and as I was leaving I saw her treating new customers the same way. She was amazing!

Do not shop here. I made a return and haven't received money back and my sephora account says I still owe them money even though I have returned the items. I have my refund receipt. Sephora is a sleazy company when it comes to returns. If this doesn't get fixed they may be facing court. I called the number the employees gave to me and how convenient that the number is no longer available.

This is the worst Sephora in Utah because of the employees. If you read through the reviews, the large majority of them mention rude managers and employees. That's because they're terrible. I'm a Rouge member and spend a significant amount of money at Sephora. Yet whenever I go in, I feel like I get watched or followed as if I'm going to shoplift. It's incredibly irritating and really frustrating as well, given how much money I spend there. When I go in store, I spend at least a few hundred dollars each time. I feel like because I have a basket that's pretty full, they think I'm going to steal? Idk that's the only thing I can come up with why they watch me. They even called mall security one time! I heard them talking about me and seen them pointing at me! It was so humiliating! I ended up putting my basket on the ground and leaving the store, almost in tears. Of course mall security didn't even approach me because I hadn't taken anything! I work very hard for my money and I would never take something that I didn't pay for! Especially from a store that I frequently visit. I ended up going to the Mountain View Village Sephora and spent $317! Avoid this location at all costs unless you want to be followed for having a lot of items in your basket!

I purchased from this Sephora on April 18 by my foreign debt card , today we try to return a few things but the refund on my Card was Declined! The store manager told us that we need to contact our bank it's our problem that our bank has blocked it! Although we had a refund on the same card from another store today! They offer a Gift card with the same amount we refused it because im leaving the US next week and the gift card is useless, the manager was not cooperative . We went back home frustrated and we called our bank although it was obvious that no bank would refuse a refund! And we were right the customer service at the bank told us that it was Sephora’s problem and nothing was wrong with the card. I offered to make the refund on my husband American visa card tryin to solve their problem doing their job but they refused and sayed that will considered a fraud crime ! But I believe not refunding my money while i did nothing wrong is the fraud!I know one thing ,i did nothing wrong but trust the sephorah’s name so I believe its my right to have the refund , and the problem should be solved by sephorah

This Sephora sucks. I called for a product I needed as I stopped in yesterday & they told me to come back the next day because they’ll be getting shipment tomorrow. I came today and before I drove there I called the confirm if they had what I needed and the girl told me yes, after I double checked with her multiple times. Then when I arrived, I asked a girl greeting the front doors to help me get the product. She checked the boxes underneath and proceeded to tell me they didn’t have it. I told her I called and they confirmed they had it in the store. Then she told me they haven’t opened shipping packages yet. She said she would ask her manager which was also of no use. It’s just frustrating that they are so lazy to check if products are actually in stock. When I called on the phone she could have double checked to see if packages were opened etc. and let me know then. Poorly ran store. No organization whatsoever.

i’m in this sephora an embarrassingly high amount but it’s bc everything here is awesome. when i wanted the much sought after gold dior lip maximized and asked if the store carried it, the sweet manager offered to check the back and when it wasn’t in stock offered to order it for me. this was back in december, but more recently i was in with my best friend and we met the wonderful Peter. we asked him a TON of skincare questions- specifcially, i’ve been fighting hormonal cystic acne for almost two years now. Peter recommended the Shani Darden retinol to me for that and my acne has pretty much entirely cleared up. so basically, awesome products, even better employees, and an awesome experience that keeps me coming back

I have never had a bad experience here, the workers are so helpful and are always willing to answer my questions and to get me help, but this time around was a whole different joyful experience!I had booked an appointment to get my makeup done by their makeup artist Peter and he was so friendly, made me feel super comfortable and is such an artist! I gave him creative control over my look, requesting only that he matches the foundation to my undertone, and this is what he came up with! During he explained what he was doing and the techniques he was using, and then afterwards he helped me pick out the makeup I wanted as well as other things I was looking for. He personally rang me up and I felt very cared for. It was such an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend!

This is the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. I swear they just make up their own rules and the employees are always super pushy and won’t leave you alone to just shop around. Also no perfume samples…? The worker told me to just buy it and return it if I don’t like it. That’s so wasteful. Another employee basically pushed me into buying her favorite shampoo instead of the one I came for. Just never a good experience here.

Love this store it’s on the side of the mall so you never have to enter it and the bbs inside are amazing always.! mostly Erica.!! ?☀️???♀️ found the thing I was looking for even tho it wasn’t on the floor ? ❤️.! Danke

Walked into the store on a busy December 23rd late afternoon. Saw Peter helping a customer with color matching and asked him to help me next. When it was my turn he asked me specific questions about what I was looking for and then was able to color matched me very quickly. He answered all of my questions, gave me great tips about products and application and was very informative. He also did not act like he was in a rush even though the store was really busy. Great customer service!
