So hard to get help and they don’t offer sample like other Sephora's so if you were hoping to try before you buy go somewhere else! Don’t waste your time at this store

The employees were so helpful! James listened so well to what we were looking for and then led us over to exactly the products that could help. Then when we still didn’t find what we were looking for, he took us to Ali who was amazing with the feature focus. She was so accommodating, not pushy at all and very very helpful. I finally found the lip color I was looking for and she taught me how to use it. Love love loved it

I went in to Sephora on my birthday wanting to get my birthday gift the cashier at the register completely ignored me and my request charged me and was texting whilst I was paying assuming after she said yes to me asking to get my birthday gift I thought it would be in the bag no she just completely ignored everything requested of her terrible customer service will never return and will continue to shop at Ulta where customers are actually a priority and matter to the company

Rude employees!!! They treat you like a nuisance and rush you off the phone. One of thier employee practically hung up on me. Horrible costumer service.

I came to buy some Mother’s Day gifts and the cashier told she could only give me one little bag, even though I was spending more than 70 dollars. I explained that they were more than two gifts, but the cashier still say she couldn’t. I asked if I could buy two more little bags, but again I received an unsatisfactory answer.I strongly believed it is not a good practice to limit the numbers of small bags, when you explain the situation and you are even willing to pay for these bags.I left the store feeling very disappointed.

I bought $200 worth of products, and I asked for 4 little bags, they told me no. I asked if I could buy them, and the cashier told me no.Look, 4 bags cost you nothing, and I wanted to save a trip to buy gift bags. Either sell them or have a better customer service. I guess I’ll go to ulta next time

I went to return an item today and the Sephora employee was pretty passive aggressive about it. I had used the item (because that’s what you do when you buy a product? You test it). And honestly I hadn’t used that much of it. After trying it, I decided I no longer wanted it. I had no ill intentions. Things like that just happen and get returned. I wasn’t able to catch her name sadly. I have always had bad experiences trying to return items here. The employees seem almost offended when I return things. I don’t know why, I never have this problem at Ulta. Ulta is incredible with their service and return policy. Every time I go into Sephora I become anxious and feel like the employees are bothered. I always try to be so kind and smile, but run into issues with the employees. I also feel there is some colorism when I visit here. Some employees treat me better than others. :( Sadly, I am going to avoid going to this Sephora.
