I haven't been to Savers in years so I was surprised when I found some dresses I wanted to try on and there's no fitting room?! If you're going to sell clothes, then you need a fitting room. The return policy is just exchanges only? No, no if it doesn't fit then I want my money back. The clothes are also too pricey. You're better off just going to Ross and pay about the same for clothes.

I was having a great time thrifting at savers with my sister, we had a ton of fun and got some awesome finds. On the way out one of the employees made a disgusting comment to my younger sister. I would have gone inside but she just wanted to leave after this man was making cat calls to her. He was a skinny guy with a beanie and a longer beard, I didn't get a great look at his name tag but I think the name was Chris. I sincerely hope this man knows how terrible it is to talk that way to anyone. Let alone a teenage girl.

My second time here and I haven’t been able to find much but I’m sure most people find a lot of amazing thrift finds! It looks like its really stocked and they have your basic home items. It’s really big inside and you could spend quite a bit of time looking through everything.

No fitting rooms. So you have to buy the clothes go home try them on then drive back to exchange only if they don't fit. I won't be shopping here anymore.

Tell my why a store that doesn’t stock any of its own inventory is charging $10 a shirt? There is no reason the prices at a thrift store should be that high. Every other thrift store I have stepped foot in has either offered a discount for donation or some sort of student discount, when I asked one of the employees if they offered a student discount she actually laughed at me. Pick quite literally any other thrift store other than a Savers because at least they won’t charge you for a paper bag.

I bought a computer monitor from here that didn't work because it wasn't properly tested before being put on the shelf. The monitor seemed to work for 3 to 4 minutes then would go dark. They refused to let me return it, much less exchange it for a different monitor, and when offered to speak to a manager the cashier instead ignored me and never went to get a manager and left me waiting up front for no reason and I never got to speak to a manager. Keep in mind I had a receipt in my hand for the monitor and it was only 2 days apart. Savers has the worst customer service I've experienced in years

Items were overpriced. 15 dollars for a shirt! 4 dollars for a pillow covering! I can buy new for that! Then at the check out the helper did not tell me that if I joined the club I could get 20% off. I saw the sign as I left (with the small print). Very little help available to find things. Not going back.

I used to love to donate and buy stuff from this store but lately their prices are very high like if the clothes are brand new! Also they don't have a place where we try the clothes and it is so hard to return stuff.
