The Rustic Log Furniture of Utah team is simply fantastic. They provide excellent customer service, and carefully walked me through the ordering process when I chose my custom (gnarly wood finish) sleeper sofa.The sofa was packed carefully and shipped in lightening fast time. It arrived and instantly transformed the space into a real cabin / lodge feel room, with our wood paneling and fireplace.We slept on the high quality mattress within a day or two of delivery, and my husband and I both got a fantastic night's rest. It's so comfortable! We will not hesitate to have guests over to stay with such a comfortable mattress available to them.I cannot recommend Rustic Log Furniture of Utah highly enough. A high quality product, fantastic customer service every step of the way, and the end product looks great! Thank you!!

I have known the owner, Rodney Jackson, for over 15 years. I have worked with closely in business, scouting and church responsibilities. He is completely honest, hard working, and a very talented individual. I have great respect for him and would highly recommend he and his company, Rustic Log Furniture.

Poor customer service.. I enquired about buying a couple pieces of furniture for my store to see if they might sell. I was met with automatic admosity and a insult to my business, because this company automatically assumed that their product is the only product in my store. Then they proceeded to informed me through email that it would fail because I only bought a few pieces from them. Then when I took offense to their lack of business manners by putting down another business in the first email we exchanged, I decided to warn other business owners, big and small, of their poor customer service, I then received another email regarding my review that said much much more than what they allowed the public to read as their reply on Google. (Which included more insulting)
