Me and my friend just stopped by Ross tonight and while we were done grabbing some clothes we started heading towards the dressing room but were confused if it was open because no one was attending it but later heard some people talking so we assumed it was opened. And to play it safe we grabbed the tags saying how much clothes we had.Then after that I guess the people who were there before left and while me and my friend were changing a girl comes in saying “hello” so I answered back and she goes “yeah the dressing room is actually closed so can you grab your stuff and yourselves and leave” so I told her “oh sorry yeah we’ll leave sorry.” And like 2 min in of me and my friend changing back into our clothes she comes back and says “can you hurry up.” That’s when my friend also apologizes and tells her “yeah sorry” , which I thought was unnecessary because you just came in earlier and we told you we were leaving. After that we handed her the number card, but she just grabs them and says nothing. So to the girl who has black wavy hair who worked at the dressing I’m sorry if you had a bad day or something but you didn’t have to be rude and you should probably work on how you talk to others and not let your emotions affect how you treat others. Cuz I’ve worked retail and it’s really not that hard to be nice especially if the costumer wasn’t being rude to you.

They have a decent collection of nice clothes that are fairly low priced for what you are getting. They are usually short staffed for registers so you will be waiting a long time in line during the busier hours.

The WORST… I was 1 of 2 people waiting to check out. I got to the POS, I was asked to remove my own hangers at the counter… wth?!? I took them off and attempted to hand them to the cashier and she pointed to a rack half way back in the line and said “they go there”… Are you serious?!? I set them on the counter and was told “those don’t go there.” What?!? I don’t work here, it’s not my job to put these away! I’m considering returning what I bought just because of the ridiculous service! Do better! We live in a day and time where a little kindness long ways and you are missing this big time!

Ross always has the best deals. I like to go here for kitchen items, rugs, coffee cups, sheets and pillow cases, picture frames, and sometimes clothes. The prices are great and the quality is very good.
