It was cool. But they made me take off my ski rack. Rachel did explain that it could be damaged since it wasn't OEM.

Employees were attentive, friendly; the vehicle is super clean now, and I appreciate being able to vacuum out the inside as well after the car wash.

Not the greatest wash, but the staff is great! They’re very kind and helpful. The location is convenient.

Fantastic service and employees! The facility was great as well, and got the hard-to-reach parts of our car. We will definitely stop back by next time we’re in town.

I don’t know if they need to recalibrate their brushes or what, but they NEVER hit the passenger front side of my car. Ever. My window is always still so dirty afterwards. The dryers here also suck. My car comes out with so much water on the rear windshield.

I don't know what it is with this location but you guys manage this place very differently. First of all I got sent away because my car was too dirty lol. I was told to go wash it before I come in ?. So you only wash clean cars?! It wasn't like it was completely coated and mud for goodness sakes. And if that's the case, you guys need to have an option where you can wash the mud off. That's the problem before you clean your car instead of telling us to go home and wash it. And then when I go there they make you pull all the way to the guardrail even when there's nobody there and they'll make Keep moving your car inch by inches until you get exactly 2 in from it. They never give you any of the cleaning wipes. I don't have issues at the other locations. I actually worried this one as much as I can because it's just annoying for some reason when I go there. Also. They never greet you and I don't know where they are but I will pull up, sit there, wait and wait until three comes out and then the first day he do is make me move those extra four inches.

*UPDATE #2 (8/12)*They finally reached out to me and it was an awful experience. I called Rachel and she started everything by doubting that I had even come to the store and told me that they didn't have my license plate on file to check the cameras (wow, that's convenient!). She then said that she needed me to provide an exact day and time for her to check the cameras (how am I supposed to do that when I used a Starving Student card which does not give me some sort of electronic or paper receipt?). Rachel then said immediately tried to bribe me by saying "If I prove to you that our car wash didn't damage your car, will you take 5 free car washes and change your review?" Immediately I felt she didn't care about me as a customer, and that she just wanted to prove me wrong. This is funny because I sent pictures to them showing a piece of the carwash wipers still stuck on my license plate. I asked what happened to the attitude of "the customer is always right" and then verifying information (I don't expect them to blindly believe, just expect basic respect), versus being outright hostile. She responded by saying that "customers being always right" is "outdated". Just wow. Additionally she said that car washes frequently damage license plates and that she can't do anything about that. I've never had that problem before and never met anyone that that has happened to, but still I had a license plate protector! And you still damaged my car. Just because damage frequently happens to a specific area of a car during a carwash does not mean you aren't liable for it. Put an asterisk next to your Quick Quack sign saying that you might damage cars and aren't liable for any damage caused. That'll be good for business, I'm sure.*UPDATE*I reached out to Quick Quack management according to their request. I provided everything they asked for, including pictures of the damage. They still haven't gotten back to me. I suspect that they are hoping that I will just forget that it ever happened. I won't! Every time I pass this store I think about how their car wash damaged my car.*ORGINAL*We got a free car wash from our starving student card. After coming out of the car wash, our mirror was bent and cracked, and the front license plate was bent as well. So we ended up saving a few bucks on a car wash, only to have our car damaged!

Went to vacuum and clean my car and one of the employees Dallin was super friendly and helpful. Whatever you’re paying him, pay him more. Super great experience.

This car wash broke the windshield in my new truck. They refused to do anything about the damage and accused me of lying about the damage. The customer service representative stated that they would have to review the camera footage and get back to us. Nothing!! They only wanted to state that they are never responsible for damage. My wife and I were in the truck in the car wash when there was a loud noise when obviously some piece of equipment failed in the car wash and broke the windshield. Businesses like this need to be accountable for their equipment and SHOULD take better care of their customers. But here in Utah! It's just a giant game of how businesses can screw the public that keeps their lights on. I will NEVER use them again and will vigorously share my experience to all those who think this is a good legitimate business. Quick Quack should be ASHAMED at how they treat their customers!!!!!Now I'm PISSED, you!!! are a lying piece of s@@t!! I'm going to have the dealership who serviced my truck the day I washed with you. They always take photos of the vehicle glass. I'll have them give me time stamped photos of my windshield. Then I'll have my attorney contact you, your such a prime example of Utah county businesses!!! You WILL pay for my windshield!! Trust me!!!You Mason K are just the poor sap that Quick Quack designated to feed disinformation to the public. The fact that you claim I had pre-existing damage shows how you do business. Post the picture of my existing windshield damage!!! Better than that why don't you Mason, come here and see that there is absolutely no Rick chip or anything even resembling that. So if you think Yelp is the only way I can tell my story to Utah County think again!!!!I still haven't received the call about the taped footage you recorded, your just a pawn trying to smooth over YOUR mistake. PATHETIC!!!!!

Been an occasional customer for years. I don't bring in my car often enough that the expensive washes are always warranted or necessary. It makes more sense financially to just get single washes now and again. Quick Quack couldn't make it more difficult, and recently, it seems to have become much worse since their new "Ceramic Wash." Yeah they greet you with their upsell rather than just ask what you want. For years, I've just said no thanks and tell them what I want. Maybe I get a follow-up question, but usually it ends quickly, I pay for my single wash, and move on. This last Friday though was beyond the pale. Pulled up, declined the upsell, stated clearly what I wanted, but this time they seemed to have more on their mind than caring what I wanted. He had some other staff lurking behind him so perhaps he was trying to "show him how it's done" or some nonsense. After telling the staff exactly what I wanted, he leans into "you know for only 10 dollars more" and I stopped him right there and said basically "you know I'd like to not have this conversation literally every single time I come here. I don't come here often; I don't need a membership." I really thought that'd be the end of it - couldn't have been more absolutely clear. He completely ignores me, as if I said nothing, and starts into "How many cars do you have?" Well turnabout is fair play, so I ignored him, grabbed my card back, and left. As I leave he protests "I'm just doing my job sir." as if that was really the problem.First off, if he had checked his history I'm sure was on his screen, he probably could have seen how long I've been going there. I'm not an idiot, and refuse to be treated like one. If treating us customers like morons and not listening to us is what you think your job is - you couldn't be more wrong. I get the upsell; I'm tolerant of the upsell (as ridiculous as it is for a script let's be honest). Second, your history might also lead to realize that I REMEMBER when the midgrade wash was $15. Now their previous premium wash IS the midgrade, and they raised its price as well. Now they think us older customers are going to look at their ridiculously priced Ceramic Wash and think to ourselves, "Oh gosh what an unbelievable deal to get some soap and water on my car for the price of taking the family out to dinner! I'd be a fool NOT to come here every day!" Forget the obvious logic of "if your Ceramic Wash is so great and so durable, WHY DO YOU THINK I NEED TO SUBSCRIBE TO BRINGING IN MY CAR ON A COMMITTED BASIS MORE OFTEN THAN A MONTH AT A TIME?!"Because it's good business for them, and only them. Sod off Quick Quack; I've had enough! I'll take my business to the other washes, and there's plenty of them, that don't treat their customers like marks and morons. Maybe bother to know us and remember our needs and not question them for the sake of a quick upsell. THAT'S how it's done...

I really liked this car wash, they're very helpful, gave me a good deal and have towels to dry your car with free vacuums, air nozzles for blowing out your vents.

Great place to wash your car. What really surprised us is, "If vehicle is not clean, come in and let us know. We will send your car back in with no extra payment." This is a great service! Will definitely be returning and maybe get a membership.

We came with a VERY dirty, bug encrusted car after our road trip. It didn't all come off with one run through, so they let us go through a second time. Detail cloths, compressed air, and amazing vacuums got our car back to its pre-trip glory!

I’ve been coming here for years, but when i got there today i found they raised their prices. “that’s fine” i thought since i knew their quality. WRONGTheir dryers didn’t even almost dry my car, and the wash left all my rainwater spots, flower petals, and leaves (no, my car wash didn’t even clean the loose leaves off my windshield) i paid $10 to remove with their basic wash.their only saving grace i suppose is their complementary “touch up towels” that i used to “touch up” (rewash) my car.

Had something sticky on my driver side door. Wash didn't remove it. Had to use the offered towels at the vacuum and scrub forever to get it off. Air gun is a nice addition to help in cleaning the car. Wish they offered a smaller tool for tight crevices and such.
