What an incredible customer oriented approach! Price was almost 40% less than FedEx store. This is the only place I will use from now on. Highly recommend it!”

“I returned a gift form Amazon and Nick was very helpful, kind and friendly. The Amazon website was not working intuitively, and he understood that it was due to it being a gift return, but a return from an order on my account…so he knew the simple work-around. He also offered to tape up the packaging when I did not bring any! I was very impressed when this service is seemingly unimportant, (often UPS Store employees are annoyed by Amazon returns), Nick offered exemplary customer service, and he should be commended for it!”
