The [Contact Us] link in [ doesn't work. So, rather than following the driving directions or filling the RMA form, I turn to a Review page: Trying to charge my LIR2025 and LIR2032 cells in their "MLTC-0420-0040 Battery Charger" (bought on 2018-12-03), I started wondering why the cells never became full despite the indicator turning green after a while. To understand what is going on, I deeply dove into the details. Let me begin with what [ etc. promise online: * "(2) Charge rate is 40 mA." Rate? It starts charging the empty cell with 39 mA current and charges at roughly constant voltage around 4.1 V. When the current descends to 18 mA, the indicator turns green. See more below. * "(2) . . . charge time is listed below" is not true. The charge time is not listed below. * "(3) . . . Pressing a button . . ." - there is no button. * "Note: These chargers are only for known rechargeable 4.2 volt or 3.6 volt lithium ion coin cells." is misleading. In fact, the 4.2-V slide-switch setting is there to charge the 3.6-V Li-Ion cells. [ about charging: "... The termination condition is the drop in charge current to 10%. . . .". The user doesn't learn when this happens: The indicator turns green already at a still considerably higher current: 18 mA, which is 45% of 40 mA, so the charge is not completed yet. Since the current is low and decreasing then, it needs more hours to complete the charge - the user doesn't learn how many [see (2) charge time]. To fix that issue, I had to parallel 68 to R23 and R38 each, thus approaching the 10% rule. BTW: Disconnecting the power source without removing the charged cells is not a good idea: The powerless charger sucks 3 mA from each remaining charged cell.

I called to ask for some help regarding Lithium Ion Batteries. I was sent to a sales person who was very short with me. He was arrogant and seemed like he did not want to waste his time with me. If I was not already a battery expert he did not want to condescend to help me learn. Very disrespectful and cocky attitude for a business who depends on customers and sales.

Beware!!! This guy is a rip off artist! Do not trust him with your business. I trusted him and spent thousands of dollars to get my product manufactured and over the YEARS he never followed through with anything he said and then just totally ripped me off. Stay away!!!

PowerStream provides excellent customer support, I had a fairly detailed technical question about a lithium-iron-phosphate battery, and got back an answer that was fast, clear, and authoritative. Their website technical articles are very helpful too!

I have had continually excellent experiences dealing with Powerstream! I purchased a surplus Raman spectroscopy unit and had some problems with the laser unit and fiber optics, and I got responses from the CEO within a day. He was extremely helpful, and insisted on sending replacement parts at no extra cost. Highly recommended!

I am putting together a dual battery system for my 4Runner, and as I learned more about the components, I began to develop more specific questions than can usually be found on typical FAQ pages. Thus, having previously come across this company and their very affordable battery isolator--and, more importantly, the very clear and thorough product information page--I decided to give them a call. The gentleman I spoke with, Matt, was very knowledgeable on the product, and answered my specific questions about things like the effects of a winching load potentially drawing power through and around the isolator, and exactly how it switches from isolating to dual-charging. I will update this review once I actually get it all working, but so far I have no expectations that the battery isolator will not work as advertised.
