THIS IS THE ONLY TOWING COMPANY YOU’ll EVER NEED. I was T-boned by an Amazon electric van running a stop sign and they were to me in under 10 minutes. They have also been storing my car for months now. Great company good customer service use them you won’t regret it.

My insurance's roadside assistance randomly contacted PJs on my behalf and I can't tell you how lucky I got!!! The driver, Bronson, called right away to tell me where he was heading from and find out my exact location. I was on the side of I-15 in the area north of Lehi but south of Draper where there are not a lot of identifiers (and it had been snowing so most landmarks were white), but I described what I saw to him and he knew right where to find me! When he arrived he asked for my keys and said I could go sit in the truck's cab which was so nice of him because I'd been sitting in the cold car in 25° weather. I was impressed by Bronson's friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. Before I got out of the truck I asked for a business card because next time I have a problem I'm calling PJs right away!!!

My insurance company used this company in order to tow my car to a nearby mechanic at 3pm. At 5 they cancelled the tow and by that point no tow company would help take the car to a mechanic because they were all closed by that point. Car towed the next day by another company. Real professional. It sat at the location overnight. Never try this company.

Absolute horrible service. We have roadside assistance with progressive. Progressive did a fantastic job hooking us up with PJ’s Rollin Big Towing. ETA was 60-90 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting, we called PJ’s only to find out they weren’t even coming because they don’t have the correct equipment to tow our boat/trailer. They never text us notifying us of this, they never called us, and they never set something else up. After 2.5 hours of waiting now, we’ve contacted roadside assistance again and have to wait another 90 min for a more reliable company to show up. Won’t ever recommend PJ’s Rollin Big Towing to anyone. Ever.
