“This pharmacy does the best they can with the utilities that "Smiths Corp" allows. What people forget is that there are busy times that they they should expect a wait time. Grow-up and deal with it! The entitled elderly can be absurd! Waiting a little bit longer for your RX is a first world problem and there are far worse things to worry about. The Orem Smiths Pharmacy overall is a great pharmacy.”
“Great customer services! I needed help finding a product so I asked an employee who was stalking product. The employee politely explained that he did not know if they carried the product I needed, so he went to go ask his manager about it. They did not have the product but the employee was very apologetic and respectful.”

“I’m grateful this store stays open later than others in the area. I wasn’t until after 11 that I realized my kid needed aloe. I’m not familiar with the layout of the store. So I asked a Beth an employee where the aloe was. She could have easily just said it’s on row such n such which is what I was expecting from someone trying to get their job done at 11:30 at night. However, she actually took me right to the aloe and even recommended one of products and explained why it was better than the other products.”
“I've been to this pharmacy a few times and have never had a bad experience. Today the employee who was assisting me went above and beyond, and ended up helping me save $80 on my prescription. The pharmacy can be pretty busy, but I'm grateful for the efforts of the staff here to help people get their medicine!”
