I have taken both my dog and cat to this clinic on separate occasions and both times we had an amazing experience. Our cat got a wound on her head and they were able to help us at 10pm on a Saturday to get her antibiotic shots and some ointment. A few months later my dog got a foxtail deep in her ear while on a hike. I tried 2 other clinics that were closer to me in Provo and neither could take walk ins. We went back to pet urgent care and they were able to help us with only a 20 min wait! They sedated her and surgically removed the foxtail. When scary situations arise like these, this clinic has been there to support us!

If I could give this place negative stars I would!!! I went in last night around 8:50pm called ahead talked to them twice on the phone before going my husband also called while I was on my way there never mentioned anything about the vet needing to leave early. I get there I waited over an hour and it was finally our turn they took my pup in and 2 minutes later they came out saying he didn’t have time to sedate my dog or anything because he needed to leave when it clearly says it closes at 12am. The nurses were so nice and helpful but could have used that hour plus somewhere else horrible horrible horrible!.

Everyone who helped us at Pet Urgent Care when we had to put our precious dog down (due to old age) was so kind. We were also impressed with company that they use to do the cremation services. They sent us information about what they would be doing as well as a sweet card with her paw print in it!

A couple years ago, our Callie died late at night. We had no idea what to do. I found their number and called. They not only answered all my questions, but they stayed open a little late so we could drive up there to have them take care of Callie. They were so so nice and helpful. They truly care about the animals and the people. Thank you for being there when no one else was.

It's nice that they were open when nobody else was, but they misdiagnosed our pup and we had to take him to an emergency vet in draper the next day to actually get him taken care of.It seemed like the vet was more interested in selling us on her dog chiropractic services than anything.I hate to say it but going here was a waste of time and $400.

Taken our kitten here twice and had excellent service. They helped treat our kitties and were very kind and patient with our little guy as well as us. When our regular vet can get us in, we will always choose Pet Urgent Care. ❤️

I highly recommend Pet Urgent Care. We came in with our Boston terrier, no longer able to walk, eat, or go potty on his own, Rebel could not even stand up. So We thought we was going to have to send him to rainbow Bridge. Seth recognize the issue that our old Vet had him on too high of a dose of seizure medicine for his seizures and started him on a steroid by the next morning our dog was able to stand up, walk all on his own. The vets and the staff are very friendly and knew, Rebel by his name and ours. We are grateful that they gave us our Rebel back to love for a while. Heartfelt thank you to you all. You truly are the best.

This place was a lifesaver for us! We will always be grateful for their prompt and quality service during our pet emergency - and I thought their fees were very reasonable for pet emergency care! After hours pet emergency care are the highest fees in the business - and I thought they were very reasonable for the circumstances. It’s just the price of care when your usual vet is not available!

It looked to be professional to me, The pre-examiner was sweet. I’m grateful for her. The vet came in looking weary, and had no clue. I felt like she was even coming into. I feel that it could’ve been well better seen and more professional as a vet looking at your animal felt like she did not care.

Worst experience. Rude to my dog and guy in desk was scared of my dog. Don't waste your time.

I had an amazing experience with the pet urgent care in Orem. I had to take my cat in at 11:00pm, and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly, fast, and efficient the staff were. They took great care of Luna and made sure she received the immediate attention she needed. The price for the services provided was also reasonable. Thanks to their expertise and care, Luna is now on the road to recovery. I highly recommend this pet urgent care to anyone in need of emergency veterinary services.Thank you so much for all you did you made Luna and myself feel comfortable and heard.Amanda and Korban Thrall

My very small dog was basically scalped about 7pm one evening by a much larger dog. He and I were both treated very well at Pet Urgent Care. I was very grateful to have him treated kindly and compassionately for his true emergency. He is healing well thanks to the prompt attention he received. Thank you for being there in our hour of need, Pet Urgent Care!

The Doctor with the lord farquaad hair cut has possibly the worst attitude. We went in because my dog had a seizure, he basically made us feel dumb for taking him in by saying that unless he's had more than one in the span of a month or day there was no reason too bring him in, I understand this but it could have been said differently. My mom asked him to explain something and he responded with "I already explained it". All I'm saying is if you are going to charge someone $115 JUST for their dog to get seen you might as well have a good attitude :) <3

I have been very impressed by the staff at this urgent care. I didn’t know exactly what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we have been helped all three times we’ve been in the past few weeks. It’s weeks out for me to get into our “daytime” vet and my dog (who is my number 1) started limping on a Thursday so Friday when it wasn’t any better I took him in and Dr Caron was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and explained our options thoroughly. He was confident about his diagnoses but didn’t charge us an arm and a leg like I imagine other clinics might have. My pup is on the road to recovery thanks to the awesome pet care team here! Very grateful!
