Nice people but unfortunately very hard and frustrating to work with and they change prices/treatment from what they originally tell you. Brought my pet in was talked into all these extras to make sure the infection would go away. $500 later I called in the timeframe they told me I could if it didn’t get better, because it didn’t get better and was charged for the check up, even though they said I wouldnt be. Came in for multiple treatments after that, which didn’t work and was told I could come back for a discounted checkup appt….they asked if I wanted an added procedure and I said no because it hasn’t worked any of the times I’ve come before. Went up to check out and they charged me for the procedure I specifically said I didn’t want because the doctor did it as “part of the check up exam”. Unbelievable. $800 later and my dog still has the originally problem I brought him in with 2.5 months ago!

Our dog just got spayed and she has recovered extremely well thanks to the doctors and staff!

Simple easy service, my small dog was back to himself in days after taking his meds, and even grew a more healthy appetite, thanks to the vets!

We took our rabbit to Pet Medical, and Dr. Bockenstedt was so kind and gentle. He answered all our questions and put our minds at ease. My father was a veterinarian, so I’m particular, and Dr. Bockenstedt is exceptional. Highly recommend

Update #2: I called to get my cat's prescription refilled 1 wk before our move & was told my account was deactivated because I left a 1 star review?
I feel like every time I bring in my pets in it's like the first time they are being seen & there is a lack of proactive/preventative testing. My cat has hyperthyroidism & has been on a renal diet for years & had proactive urinalysis testing for underlying kidney issues as per my previous vet in FL. First visit was told to stop the medication to get a baseline, when I arrived was asked why I stopped the medication because now we didn't know if it was a good level or not and had to repeat the tests. Never was asked to do urinalysis & vet thought it was odd she was on a renal diet- I asked for a urinalysis to check for suspected blood in urine (brought in a fresh sample, was advised to draw a new sample to prevent crystal formation, then was told they couldn't test for blood because drawing urine would cause bleeding, so why did they do it ??), then found she did, in fact, have kidney issues & was later asked (after a thyroid check) for her to go on a kidney diet, which she was already on & was in her chart? Was told after checking her thyroid levels that I should have given the meds between 4-6 hours of testing (rather than telling me this on the phone before we did the testing).
I also have an older dog & when I asked if they needed to do a heartworm test since it had been a year was asked if I wanted to..? Umm you're the professionals, idk do we need to? In FL my dog would undergo annual bloodtests since he is getting older for preventative testing, this has never been done here. Then my dog had issues with his anal glands, brought him in & found there was blood in one gland after expression. Was told to bring him back in if the issue didn't resolve, it didn't, but I was booked for a tech appointment rather than with the doc where they repeated the anal gland expression that didn't work the first time & had to come in a third time to see the doc (which I thought was what I booked the second time based on my description of the issue and the recommendation to bring him in if it didn't help).
Finally, needed to get my dog on Apoquel which he has been on for years for itchy skin. I had his annual exam only weeks ago but was told he had to come in. Vet just looked him over & then said "yes, he was healthy enough for Apoquel" so another visit & more $ later to get him Apoquel. I just feel like I have to advocate for my pets' health here when I come each time & actively ask about running certain tests even though I am not a vet & also explain my pets' health each time I come like it's the first time. We're moving back to FL soon so I'm hoping just to hold off on any further need for vet visits until then.
Update: My dog passed away yesterday, 5 months after seeing the vet for the 3rd time about the anal gland issue. After seeing him the 3rd time he gave me some expensive antibiotics that seemed to help for a month or two & then the problem came back. We're about to move back to Florida so I thought it wasn't so bad that he could see our previous vet once we moved but last night, very suddenly, he started straining like he had to release gas. We thought we had time to bring him to the vet but he passed away before we could even get him to the car. I'll never know what the real issue was but I absolutely blame the vet for him passing. I brought him THREE TIMES for the same issue & he never did any blood work and dismissed it as an infection, gave him some pills & now he's dead. I still have my cat & 1 other dog & I will see another vet if we have to before I bring them here again. I wish I picked another vet when we moved here. We were here less than 1 year & my healthy dog is now deceased. Please take your pets somewhere else wher

My family and I had an wonderful experience with the medical staff and the overall visit. My dog was in a car accident. This clinic was very efficient on getting us in within the hour and once we arrived all the medical staff were very caring and comforting as we had to euthanasize our dog. I can't say enough how wonderful our visit was.

First time going here. I wanted to switch vets because our last one was not very good and they were always “accidentally” charging us for things our dog wouldn’t even get and were just sketch. I took my girl to pet medical services for her vaccines and told them about how she is allergic to one of the vaccines. They were amazing at explaining everything they were going to give her and although she had an allergic reaction again, they were very quick on reacting. Had me bring her back and gave her medicine quick to get the swelling down. The staff is all wonderful and attentive. They also gave instructions for the next year she comes back to get her vaccines and said they’d take note of it which I was very grateful for! I feel so much better with this vet already and felt very comfortable here unlike my last one that always had me on my toes and I’d have to be double checking on everything they were doing since they lied many times. Definitely recommend them. Excited to be coming back because they took great care of my girl
